Fun stay in Venice

Nice apartment. Up a few stairs (3rd floor) but no big deal. Liked the location - away from the crazy crowds. This apartment is managed by an agency . They are very helpful but it is a little different when you meet the owner.

Spacious apartment in quiet neighborhood

If you would like air conditioning, a bit of outdoor space, a quiet and authentic neighborhood, and plenty of room for your family, this apartment is a good choice. We enjoyed our stay and slept well each night. Even though we were not right by the biggest tourist attractions, we felt that the walk to see them was pleasant and not particularly long. Although the apartment was reasonably clean, it was clear that no one had cleaned under the furniture or sofa cushions in a while. The drapes also needed to be washed. For those with mobility problems, this apartment would not be the best choice. You must climb many steps to access the apartment. Also, if you would choose to sleep in the bedroom with the balcony, then you would have to climb another flight of stairs within the apartment to get up there. The bathroom is on the first level of the apartment, however. Overall, my family and I were happy to call this apartment home for a few days.

Zuerst zu den positiven Dingen:Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Biennale-Besucher geradezu optimal gelegen, die Nähe zur Via Garibaldi mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokalen perfekt. Insgesamt ruhige Lage, netter Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, was in Venedig selten ist. Das Bad ist groß und recht neu. Sauberkeit o.k.Was für uns negativ war:Die Wohnung ist für diese Preisklasse zwar sauber aber teilweise schlecht gewartet. Das Sofa im geräumigen Wohnzimmer ist sehr alt und fleckig, die Rückseite hat eingerissene Stellen und beim Sitzen rutscht die Seitenlehne weg und auch die anderen Teile bewegen sich auseinander. Ein Couchtisch wäre bei dem Platz auch nett.In der Küche sind Brandflecken auf den Arbeitsflächen und Pfannen, die nicht zu verwenden sind, weil komplett verbogen. Für die Abwaschbecken in der Küche fehlen die Stöpsel (ohne Geschirrspüler recht mühsam beim Abwasch).Insgesamt eine Wohnung, bei der das Preis-Standard-Verhältnis nicht ganz passt. Wer mit den erwähnten Mängeln gut leben kann, wird die gute Lage und die Geräumigkeit schätzen.

Lovely two floor apartment in Venice. Close to many restaurants and shopping as well as vaporetto. Balcony view was very nice and inside was clean and organized. Host was helpful and responsive.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert

Gute Lage. Sehr Mühsames einchecken. Steile Treppen im 2. Stock. Überhaupt Nicht gut geputzt. Viele Mängel. Unfassbar miserable Betten, keine Info über heizung( lief dauernd), wifi (hat gefehlt) und darüber, dass man ungehindert von Mücken attackiert wird. . Bei dem Preis ein ganz ganz schlechtes Verhältnis.

Would Recommend

The location was great, we had never been to Venice and didn't do a lot of research. We took a shot and were very happy, the location was great. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed. We had a little trouble gaining access, the locks on the doors were a little loose and were sometimes hard to open, but once we found the trick, we had no issues. I would stay here again, the location was fantastic.
