Casa Carlita is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located two blocks from the ocean front in the residential neighborhood Corpus Christi. The home has a comfortable living and dining area with delightful rustic Mexican furniture. The bedrooms are large, at opposite ends of the house, each with its own bath for total privacy.

The modern kitchen offers a breakfast bar and is fully equipped including stove, refrigerator, blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cookware. A/C mini splits and ceiling fans throughout. The air conditioning can be set thermostatically in each room via a hand held remote. In Casa Carlita guests will enjoy the comforts of home, including cable TV,VCR/DVD and stereo. There is a small safe with a programmable digital lock, DVD movies and a reading library. Wireless high speed internet access is free, so bring your lap top.

The front courtyard is surrounded by a high wall that offers guests the total private use of the kidney shaped swimming pool. There's plenty of outdoor furniture and lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun,an outdoor shower and scuba rinse tank for scuba divers to rinse their gear or snorkeling equipment.

Casa Carlita offers top quality accommodations for 2-5 guests, a great location only one street away from the newest and largest grocery store on Cozumel, complete with deli, bakery, pharmacy, liquor, and several ATM machines. Nearby is a modern new multi-screen movie theatre, there is a public beach within walking distance, plus Casa Carlita is within walking distance to town.

You will find Casa Carlita is well maintained, the house has a pool man and a maid to make sure the house stays in good shape and is a comfortable home. Plus, the outdoor area with its covered patio, garden and pool is a tropical delight.

Private and secure, Casa Carlita is only two blocks from the waterfront Cozumel Palace Hotel and has easy access to all the shops and restaurants in San Miguel.

What an amazing house!!! 5 min walk to the water, stores and 10 minutes to the cruise port! The home was beautiful! Pool was amazing and was the most well stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in. The aster bedroom was large, and second master had direct access to patio and pool! We are already looking to return in a few months! We loved the complete privacy and the area was very safe and we never heard any noise after hours or early morning

We had a great stay! The house was very clean as was the pool. The air conditioning worked great. It was nice to have a completely private backyard and pool. We felt completely safe walking around the area even at night. We used their bicycles to ride into town which only took about 5 minutes.

Great location for in town restaurants and groceries. Nice privacy for house and pool. On a quiet street. Very clean with modern conveniences but with appealing Mexican decor (not overdone). Just like home

Our stay was very enjoyable, as the property was well maintained and equipped with all necessary provisions. Carla was very helpful in answering our questions, and helping us book the week that we wanted. Casa Carlia is an Awesome place to stay!

We have stayed at Casa Carlita's several times. This time was for two weeks. Each time has been wonderful. Everything at the house is perfect. Nice house in a great location

The house is just as shown in the pictures and is very nice. Great layout with a bedroom and a bathroom on each side. Kitchen has everything you need and A/C works great. House is clean with maid service and Victor the house manager is excellent. The owner, Carla, responds very quickly and all communication is excellent. We would definitely rent this house again.

Best Casa on the Island

This is our 3d stay and we LOVE this place....we have made it our standard in comparing other Casa’s......nothing compares to date. Carla has paid attention to the smallest of details making every stay extraordinarily comfortable. You won’t be disappointed...well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and Maria keeps the home smelling good and very clean home!!! And only a 3 min walk for groceries and a 5 min walk to the beach!! You can’t go wrong with Casa Carlita!!

Craig and I live between three homes. Washington State, Arizona and Cozumel. Craig is an attorney who practices law in the State of Washington, but thanks to technology, he is able to work from Cozumel and Arizona as well.

Why they chose this property

After diving all over the Caribbean, we found that we enjoyed Cozumel as much above the water as we did below the water. The diving was great and the people in Cozumel were even greater. We felt very much at home on our first visit to Cozumel and within two years we had completed our home away from home.

What makes this property unique

Location, Location, Location. Casa Carlita is close to everything that Cozumel has to offer, but the home is very quiet and private. We are only a 2 minutie walk to a major grocery store, a ten minute walk to some fun restuarants and a 5 minute walk to the pier near Margaritaville to catch your dive boat. Guests appreciate our excellent maid service and the loads of amenities provided including wireless internet, free long distance to US and Canada, DVD player with over 200 movies, books, etc to choose from. Our courtyard is surrounded by a high wall for complete privacy.
