With open plan social living spaces for those family get togethers and beautifully landscaped gardens. The rural location of Cantley has some lovely broad-side pubs, whilst being close to the train station you can be in the centre of Norwich in just 15mins. For some fresh seaside air there is also a choice of local beaches.

This house has been a happy home within our family for the past 8 years and we are excited to share it for all to enjoy.

Born and raised in London, we settled in Norfolk in 2019 having relocated our business, wanting to be closer to family.

Why they chose this property

The village of Cantley provides the best of both worlds. It is a very small village but with fantastic access, no matter what you wish to do. A short walk to the braods, or just a few minutes to the A47 to head to the seaside or further broads.
Additionaly, the train station is just at the end of the road with a line directly to the centre of Norwich in just 10 minutes.

What makes this property unique

What I refer to as a 'Tardis', the property may not look much from the front but opens to an wonderfully spacious openplan living space with plenty of natural light and space for entertaining.
