One-bedroom and one-bathroom apartment in the heart of the city, next to Catalonia Square and Paseo de Gracia, two of the most important attractions and best areas of interest. The Gothic Quarter and Born neighbourhood are 5 minutes away



It has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and a safe.



The bright living has room has a comfortable sofa sofa, which which turns into a bed, with flat screen TV flat screen tables and chairs.



You will also find the fully equipped kitchen.



The bathroom finished in white marble and shower.



The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.



This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within approximately 250 metres of the apartment.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00.



Entries from 21:00h onwards are made in person at the apartments and have an extra cost of £30.
