The location is ideal- quiet neighborhood with easy access to both bus and train travel. This was our third stay and we look forward to another stay next year !

Archer House

A great little flat. Comfortable, ideally situated close to transport. Well equipped with a great shower. Will stay here again.

We loved our visit! We were warmly greeted by Buki, the property host, who showed us around. The property was extremely clean! The location is perfect! It is in a residential area away from the crowds. The 170 bus stop is right across the street which made traveling to the sights super easy. The train station was just a 10 minute walk or bus ride to the property. We were walking distance to Battersea Park and many great pubs and restaurants. We walked the Thames Path (just across the street) just about every day. The owner and host were always extremely quick with answers to questions and communications. With a full stocked kitchen, separate bedroom, living room/dining room combination, it feels like our home away from home ! We are already planning our return next year for our 4th visit to Archer House !

We have stayed at Archer x3 over the past decade and the accommodation has always been excellent. There is ample kitchen ware if you want to self cater, it has a great pump driven shower and the new sofa is very comfortable. We like the proximity to public transport and having the Thames walk across the road. A quick bus ride to either Victoria or Sloane Square Stations, or a short walk up the High Street to buses in other directions. It is also a flat 20 minute walk to Clapham Junction Station. Buki has greeted us the past 2 times and is always on hand to assist if you have a problem. Will stay again. Thank you Ian and Annabel.

Archer on Thames is a wonderful holiday flat. The flat is well-situated with a bus route almost just outside the door, several more buses about 5 minutes away, and rail a 10-15 minute walk away. Battersea Square is just up the road with a wine bar, Indian, Italian and Lebanese restaurants, a French cafe, and a bakery/cafe. Five minutes walk to Battersea High Street and you have pub options, a wonderful bakery, a Portuguese restaurant, and coffee bars. A small supermarket is 5 minutes from the flat, and you have more options 10-15 minutes walk away. There are bikes for hire just outside the flat. The Thames River walk is a stone’s throw away and you get a lovely view of the river from the flat.Ian and Annabel have fitted out the flat very comfortably with everything you could need for a delightful holiday. The furnishings and decor are very nice. There is a handy informational packet, books and maps, as well as instructions for all the appliances. Buki, their greeter, is lovely and very helpful.It is no wonder that so many people return here time and time again. This was our fifth stay at the flat, which has always felt like our home away from home. Thank you Ian and Annabel, and to Buki as well!!
