A 1 star review is being generous. After long day of travelling, arrived late in evening to find NO HOT WATER and slow shower drainage. Immediately notified host to be told someone would be there in the morning. Son was able to fix the hot water issue so tried taking a shower and WATER flooded the shower floor. We had to use all our clean towels to clean up the mess. Notified the management again and asked they provide clean towels. We were a party of five and by now it’s DAY 2 of our stay and 3 if us are still unaible to shower. Management tells us someone is on the way and by now it’s close to noon I told them we could not wait around and ss we were leaving for the day the handyman arrived looked at the shower and said he’d be back. Management texted and all had been taken care of and clean towels delivered. This is Day 2 and 3 of us without showers we arrive back late only to find ALL the WET towels still on the floor. I immediately reach out to mansgement and go out looking for soap to wash the towels. Washed towels so we could take showers finally. DAY 3 find that we have no toilet paper and I reach out to management again on towels and paper. Later that day someone delivers clean towels and paper. The entire time I’m wasting vacation time with management and VRBO. It is now 5 DAYS since I have asked for some discount for all our issues and have been told NO! Avoid this place at all cost and it’s a shame VRBO’s standards are so low.
