Great location, close to everything. Very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need. We loved sitting on the rooftop at sunset every night!!
The location of this rental was ideal - in the Santa Croce neighborhood - it was centrally located to everything in Florence. The property team was responsive and communication was good. Unfortunately, a couple of things made our stay less than ideal. The furniture in the living area had been swapped out from what the pictures showed and the couch was very uncomfortable with no other comfortable chair to relax in after a long day of tours and walking. The showers - only the hand wands worked. For a longer stay as we did - this was frustrating to deal with. While the apartment had a washer in the kitchen - it did not have a dryer and we had to put clothes on the radiators to dry. For a week stay - it’s central location makes it ideal but for longer stays you need comfortable living space to relax and work from where you can put your feet up. Hopefully they can rectify for new renters. The beds were comfortable and the views from the small bedroom with the single bed was idyllic.
Good communications and support with the property. Comfortable and clean apartment. There is a lift but there are also about 19 stairs between the lift and the apartment. Someone met us at check in to help carry the luggage up the stairs. We enjoyed our stay.

Thank you very much! We hope to welcome you again!
Amazing view from the terrace and very centrally located. The check in process is on the complicated side but thorough instructions are provided. You can expect the apartment to be warm in late August, which is common in Italy. We could have used more hand soap and toiletries in general. The terrace is shared with the apartment next door, but you will have the majority of the space. Check out is 10am, not 11am as described in the listing.

Thank you for the feedbacks, we will surely use them to upgrade the experience!
Had a 3 night stay and the check in process is very easy as there was no need for anyone to greet you upon entry. The unit has a nice welcome gift along with a guide for what is in the area. The unit is very clean and the beds were comfortable. The AC unit works well. The knock on the unit was the kitchen, it’s clean but lacks any sort of small condiments (salt/pepper/cooking oil). The bathroom shower needs some attention as the shower wand and nozzle was broken and taking a shower made for a small challenge. The outdoor patio was the most impressive aspect of the unit, spending a late afternoon with a glass of wine was a huge plus after a day of walking around town. The location is in the heart of Santa Croce, there is just soo much to do and see, I really could’ve spent another week there. I will keep this unit on my radar for the next trip to Florence. A big thank you to the team that oversee the apartment, you guys made my family’s trip very memorable.
Quintessential Florence with a Breathtaking Terrace View
Our three-night stay in this beautiful Florence apartment was truly memorable. The view from the terrace was breathtaking—exactly what you'd imagine when dreaming of Italy. The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and the A/C was a lifesaver during the heat. The only downside was the check-in process, which felt a bit overcomplicated. We were required to send passport photos, a selfie, and the code wasn't released until all of this was completed. Additionally, there was a request to re-run my card, which was unexpected. While I understand the need for security, this was more than I’ve ever experienced at any other property. That said, once we were in, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property for its location, comfort, and that unforgettable terrace.

Hi M.B.! THank you for the wonderful review!
The check in procedure is only a extra step required for you to complete the real check in completely alone, without any time loss during your journey! It may look overcomplicated, but it only takes 5 minutes.
Not sure why you had to rerun your card twice, perhaps there was an error during the process
This was a nice place to stay but there were details that could have made our experience more enjoyable. PROSCentrally located to all the major sites. We were within walking distance to all the attractions that we wanted to see. Beautiful rooftop views. The photos that the site portrays are the real thing. Spectacular views of the city from the rooftop. Marcos was kind enough to bring us a new coffee machine and fixed a broken shower wand after the second day. CONSThe coffee machine was broken and it took 2 days to have it replaced. Check in process was a bit of a treasure hunt but honestly I don’t know how they could improve it. It worked. Light switches were in odd spots and some worked and some of the switches didn’t. Dishes were left in the dishwasher and made me wonder if they were clean. There were only two small mugs, only two small water glasses, and only two wine glasses. In the main bathroom the overhead shower head was difficult to keep on. Water flow switches to the shower wand when the water pressure is low. It made showering extremely difficult.Bring your own soap/shampoo. Limited shelf space in bathroom. No shelf in the shower to place soap or other showering items. The downstairs bathroom shower wand was painful to use. The water comes out in fine spray and at a fast rate There was a bottle of hand soap in the bathroom that was completely empty. All black floor leads to a step in the living room. Can be dangerous if not noticed
