Inch Keith is a spacious, well maintained four bedroomed detached family holiday home situated on the edge of Aviemore town centre, a year round resort with so much on offer that it is impossible to be bored! The house is set in a quiet location and has private parking for 2 cars and a secure, single garage for storing outdoor equipment such as canoes or mountain bikes etc, as well as a utility room for storing wet gear. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a family bathroom and two twin bedded rooms. There is a double bedded room and shower room downstairs. The kitchen/dining room is very well equipped, including a basic coffee machine; the living room has comfortable leather sofas, side tables and a large TV. The house is warm and comfortable and guests are in control of the heating and hot water during their stay. The secure grassed garden to the rear has wrought iron table & chairs and in the summer takes in a good deal of sunshine. You can walk and bike straight from the house, accessing both the Aviemore Orbital and the Speyside Way, and within minutes be in beautiful woodland.

HOUSE RULES
No commercial bookings - no hen parties or stag parties.
The hirer must be one of the guests.
Electric cars may only be charged from the house with prior agreement.
Two dogs are welcome by prior agreement at a small additional charge. Please keep dogs downstairs, off furniture & beds, out of all bedrooms & clear up dog mess regularly.
No Smoking indoors - Please smoke outside & dispose of your extinguished butts in the bin, not the garden - thank you!
Accidents happen - any spills or breakages, please let me know for the comfort of future guests.

Great area to visit.house is situated in a nice quiet location and just a 20 minute walk into the centre of Aviemore .house is clean and well equipped so I would recommend staying here

The four of us stayed in this lovely holiday home from February 9th to 19th, 2026. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We lacked nothing. We also used the spacious dining area for playing games in the evenings. We really enjoyed the area at this time of year. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this house. Thank you! The property was of a good size and suited us as a family of 7 very well with plenty of room for us to sleep in. The rooms were clean and facilities generally all up to good standard. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen area allows for a good number to sit. We didn't cook but the kitchen appeared well equipped. A few small areas needed a bit of attention such as the kitchen lighting where a few bulbs don't appear to work and some of the lamps in the bedrooms didn't work either but these can be easily fixed. In all a very pleasant stay and the host was very helpful at the booking stage. Check-in was very straight forward.

This is a very nice house in a residential neighborhood. There was plenty of space, comfortable beds, good showers and the best laundry setup we've encountered in Scotland.The only disappointment was that the reclining sofas that were depicted when we booked our rental have been replaced by standard sofas. I understand that these things happen, but it would be good to add in some ottomans so that feet can be put up after a long day.
