4 bedrooms with 12 inch queen foam comfy beds (sleeps 8), 2 bath, completely furnished Gambrel in the Eastward Look, family neighborhood a 15 minute walk to Scarborough Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern New England. Enjoy the waves, large boardwalk and pavilion area, walk the rocks and fish off Black Point or relax in the large backyard of this over sized home. Your home away from home. Everything is here for you. Children's playground with tennis and basketball courts within walking distance.

Your fully furnished home comes with SHEETS, TOWELS, PILLOWS and BLANKETS !

Window ACs in all 4 bedrooms and den, a dishwasher, blender, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, 43" flat screen HDTV, DVD. FREE wireless internet and cable., washer & dryer, one car garage and off street parking for five cars. Lots of living space with a large den with 3 couches, a recliner and sofa chair and a spacious kitchen and dining area with sliders leading out to a large yard with a picnic table with umbrella and another table and chairs, a gas grille and a hot & cold enclosed outdoor shower.

Its ready for the beach with a cart with beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys.

Ideal location!: Located in South County, home of a coastline of pristine beaches, and just a 10 minute drive to a variety of waterfront restaurants, quaint shops, swimming and surfing at the Narragansett Town Beach, and the fishing village of Galilee where you can watch the fishing boats come in, take a charter fishing boat, go whale watching, take the ferry to Block Island and buy fresh lobsters directly from the boats. Forty minutes south is the town of Westerly and Watch Hill which offer shopping and waterfront restaurants. Other attractions include Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos..30 minutes; Mystic Aquarium, Seaport and Shopping Village..45 minutes; Martha's Vineyard..1 1/2 hour ferry; Boston. 1 1/2 hours and New York City..3 1/2 hours. Amtrak train service is available from South County to New York and Boston as well.

Great for families!: There is plenty of room indoor and out for entertaining. The bedrooms each have a 12 inch foam queen bed and plenty of bureau and closet space. Families preferred. Great location for kids! Walk to a well maintained neighborhood playground with slides, swings, a basketball court and tennis courts. Come join us for and clam cakes!

House was perfect for a group of us who traveled down from out of state. Short drive to beaches, boat dock and local restaurants. Beach chairs and cooler were left in the garage for us to enjoy during our stay

The oven didn't work (the door doesn't close all the way), the bed's are very uncomfortable (like sleeping on brick's) the showers need new shower heads they feel like your being pelted with little stone's. Overall not horrible but definitely needs some paint and good cleaning and some modern updates as well as a couple more TV's, 1 TV in house that has 4 bedrooms doesn't really work well... Love that is so close to the beach as well as tons of restaurants and shopping Center's...

I’m not sure if the owners know as it was a real estate agency handling the rental through VRBO. The house was not clean when we got in after 3:30 even though I received an email stating that the keys were ready at 9:30am. House is musty. Gas for grill was left on by previous renter and the grill was dirty and filled with spiders leaving it unusable. Outdoor shower was dirty and also there was a Bandaid left on floor of it. Downstairs shower was dark (no light in it) and left dirty. Upstairs bathroom was dirty, especially the shower. Shower head has dirt/mildew on it. 2 bedrooms were left with pillows and bedspread in a big ball in the middle of the beds. When I went to pick up the keys at the realtor I didn’t have to show identification or proof of rental. They just handed me the keys. I thought that was odd. Called a day before to see what we needed to bring and I was told linens/ towels. Got there to no paper towels, only 2 rolls of toilet paper (one for each bathroom) which were previously used so half full. Kitchen floor was filthy. Had to vacuum when I got there. It’s very unfortunate because we’ve been coming to Narragansett for the past 6 years and have had wonderful experiences.

Perfect location and very easy process.

The owner was very thoughtful with amenities picnic table, umbrella plenty of outdoor furniture fully equipped for beach with chairs, wagon .very positive experience we hope to repeat next year.

Have stayed at other home away properties and the were in pristine condition. Grill was old and dirty. Needs to be replaced.
