This is our second year here and we find the location perfect for the beach,restaurants and stores.

House was perfect for a group of us who traveled down from out of state. Short drive to beaches, boat dock and local restaurants. Beach chairs and cooler were left in the garage for us to enjoy during our stay

Summer vacation

The oven didn't work (the door doesn't close all the way), the bed's are very uncomfortable (like sleeping on brick's) the showers need new shower heads they feel like your being pelted with little stone's. Overall not horrible but definitely needs some paint and good cleaning and some modern updates as well as a couple more TV's, 1 TV in house that has 4 bedrooms doesn't really work well... Love that is so close to the beach as well as tons of restaurants and shopping Center's...

Upon visiting my property today, the oven door does close and the broiler, oven and range tops do work. The shower heads in each bathroom are adjustable and thus the spray can be adjusted. As far as the beds, no other tenants during the summer complained about the beds.

I’m not sure if the owners know as it was a real estate agency handling the rental through VRBO. The house was not clean when we got in after 3:30 even though I received an email stating that the keys were ready at 9:30am. House is musty. Gas for grill was left on by previous renter and the grill was dirty and filled with spiders leaving it unusable. Outdoor shower was dirty and also there was a Bandaid left on floor of it. Downstairs shower was dark (no light in it) and left dirty. Upstairs bathroom was dirty, especially the shower. Shower head has dirt/mildew on it. 2 bedrooms were left with pillows and bedspread in a big ball in the middle of the beds. When I went to pick up the keys at the realtor I didn’t have to show identification or proof of rental. They just handed me the keys. I thought that was odd. Called a day before to see what we needed to bring and I was told linens/ towels. Got there to no paper towels, only 2 rolls of toilet paper (one for each bathroom) which were previously used so half full. Kitchen floor was filthy. Had to vacuum when I got there. It’s very unfortunate because we’ve been coming to Narragansett for the past 6 years and have had wonderful experiences.

Perfect location and very easy process.

The owner was very thoughtful with amenities picnic table, umbrella plenty of outdoor furniture fully equipped for beach with chairs, wagon .very positive experience we hope to repeat next year.

Greatvlocation near beach. Older property. Needs updating cleaning crew had to be called.

Have stayed at other home away properties and the were in pristine condition. Grill was old and dirty. Needs to be replaced.

Although the house was cleaned before tenant arrived, I responded immediately to the tenants complaint and sent a crew to re clean. A grill brush is provided to clean the grill surface. My property was rented for six additional weeks during the summer and none of the other tenants had any issues with the property and, in fact, enjoyed their stays.
