Welcome to our modern, spacious 5-bedroom home in Cheltenham, ideal for families or groups. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area, perfect for socialising and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. Relax on the comfy L-shaped sofa that seats five, or enjoy meals at the extendable dining table that seats ten. Also on the ground floor are a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a generous bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a modern shower room.
The first floor offers two double bedrooms, a third bedroom with a bunk bed and a desk for study, a bathroom with a shower over the bath, and another shower room. The large top-floor bedroom is a converted attic which has a king-sized bed.

We also include complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and Nespresso-style coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. If you require any other basics, please let us know so we can arrange them for you.
👨🍳 We also can recommend an excellent private chef should you need one.
🛌 Linen and Towels: We supply crisp 100% cotton linen for all beds, along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest, along with a bath mat in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided, along with shower gel, shampoo, and face/body cream. In the kitchen, we provide a tea towel.

Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Guests who wish to smoke must do so on the street away from the premises. Please be mindful when handling luggage or belongings to avoid any damage to the panelled walls, which are an integral part of the home’s elegant design.
We aim to provide you with the most comfortable stay. If you experience any issues, please let us know upon check-in, and we will address them swiftly. Out of respect for neighbours, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. Additionally, guests must refrain from socialising outdoors after 10pm.
Shoes must be removed on carpeted areas to maintain their pristine condition, and all waste must be placed in the bins provided. While we do allow events, we kindly remind guests that all other rules must still be adhered to. Under no circumstances can banners or balloons be taped or tacked to the walls to preserve the immaculate finish of the property.
