Pros:Fantastic location on beach and in old town!!!Nice clean tile flooring. Nice roomy balcony overlooking the beach (5th floor so no street noise). Good heat/air control. Plenty of space for 4 people. Modern clean building and elevator. Able to checkin early. Good communication. Cons:Stained window shade in spare bedroom that needs replacement! See picture. Old Bath towels need to be replaced. Very hard master bed- need a foam “topper” (Spare bedroom beds more comfortable).Some tiny ants on kitchen countertop. Toilet was continuously running but I was able to fix it.Toilet seat chipped, needs replacement. Not enough light from table lamps in spare bedroom. Bathroom ceiling light not working. Very weak WiFi. No WiFi in some rooms and balcony. No ice cube tray. No oil for cooking. No shower soap or shampoo. Would be nice to have a couple beach chairs. I would stay here again but my wife would not (due to stained window shade, bath towels, hard bed, small ants).
