Summary:

The apartment is in San Polo district, near the public boat stop of San Silvestro and Campo San Polo.

Being near the Rialto fish, fruit, and vegetable market it has a very good-sized kitchen and it is well equipped to enjoy homemade Italian cuisine.



The Space:

It develops with a large double bedroom, a full bathroom, and a living space with kitchen and dining. The extra room is as studio with a small attic where there is a mattress for young kids. There is also a half bathroom available for the guests.

The courtyard is a public space with private use, that allows space in front of the house and natural light coming from the windows, Outside, there is a table with chairs on the landing of the apartment’s stairs that faces the courtyard where the guests can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine in the cool of the evening.

A very quiet, enjoyable space to rent after a day out and about for sightseeing and Museums.

This is a wonderful, charming, and updated apartment in a great location. Close to numerous restaurants and shopping. Quiet yet conveniently located. A wonderful location to explore the city.
