Sonshines Florida Villa is a stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property with its own private pool, in Kissimmee, Florida with all the home comforts to ensure a truly wonderful vacation. Within 12 minutes drive of Disney Main Gate ( a little longer to reach the actual parks once you're on Disney property). Luxury, Style and Comfort, beautiful electric leather reclining lounge furniture - total relaxation after a busy day. Country Creek Estates is a beautiful, well maintained community. The property is fully equipped with all household appliances including Samsung Smart TVs for streaming with Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu TV to name just a few. The two main bedrooms also have their own flat screen TVs. Free Wifi, DVD, HiFi ADT monitored alarm system with external CCTV and a 'Rain soft' water treatment system which gives limitless pure water that is amazing on your skin. Plus there is a mini library of books left by previous guests so feel free to dip in.

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put 1 load of sheets on to wash if possible. Leave dirty towels/sheets in a wash basket near the washing machine.
Turn off any ceiling fans
Check all doors and windows are secure and the pool fence is back up around the pool.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not allow children to play with electric recliners or sit on footrest when in recline - it will break.
Recharging of Electric Vehicles at the property is forbidden. You must take your EV to a local charge point, the nearest is 5 minutes away. Thank you

Double the Fun with location and comfort!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sonshines Villa! The home is conveniently located to numerous restaurants and shopping. It was very well furnished and comfortable. There was a large supply of towels, bedding, and numerous cooking pots, pans, and utensils. A big plus was the convenient drive to Disney. Jacque was so easy to work with and answered any questions we had very promptly. The home and pool were exceptionally clean and neat. We will certainly stay there again next year!

The hosts supplied all of the kitchen needs we could want. There was even a sewing basket full of supplies "just in case". There were storage containers for foods a couple extra rain ponchos and picnic carriers. Many rentals skimp on hangers and storage areas. This house had plenty of hangars and extra towels and linens. We are a British family who had a dream of owning their own little place in the happiest place on earth. We love sharing our home to other guests and many of whom, return year after year. We add the little touches that make it a personal haven for us and others so you really do make magical memories in your holiday of a lifetime.
I charge the same great rate all year round as, being a retired teacher, I hate that families get taken advantage of and although I cant do anything about your airfares, I try to ensure your accommodation is reasonably priced. We all work hard for our holidays and deserve a break.

Why they chose this property

Sonshines is in a beautiful quiet private estate with mostly private homeowners. It is well cared for and respected by everyone who comes to visit. If you're coming to party hard, may I suggest you look for a property closer to International Drive or further along the 192 for The Old Town experience.
Having said that, Sonshines is in a great location for you to reach all of the Disney Parks with ease. Dependent on traffic, you can arrive at Disney Main gate within 12 minutes! it will take you a little longer to get to the actual park of your choice but that's Disney for you. Universal and SeaWorld etc are all within 30 minutes (especially if you take the back roads).

What makes this property unique

What makes Sonshines unique? its the happiness and comfort of home. Everything is built for comfort and I only have things for my guests that I would want for myself.
It is a spacious property with everything from a sewing box to a first aid kit, a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops (if you want to cook of course), A full size washer and dryer so that you really can pack light and an air conditioning system that works really well. As an additional, we had a Rain Soft water system installed a few years ago to give you the best possible bathing experience and you can drink the water from the tap.
Lastly, but by no means least, the pool is fabulous. This can be heated during the winter months if you require but it does incur an additional cost; unfortunately electricity is expensive everywhere these day but this can be paid separately, just ask.
