Recently refurbished luxury townhouse located on phase II, close to security entrance making it easy to commute to either Roda village, the clubhouse or local amenities.
We are situated in peaceful surroundings with terrace overlooking our pool. Relax in our corner sofa, shaded with palm trees.
Free WIFI and IPTV with full range of UK Sports, films and channels.
Master bedroom has choice of either kingsize bed or twin beds. Room has 2 balconies with bistro set for you to enjoy glorious morning sunshine with choice of drink.
2nd bedroom has also choice of either kingsize bed or twin beds to cater for families and golfers alike.
Large pool is literally 5 steps away and is seldom crowded.
Our property is locally managed and we can arrange airport pick up along with meet and greet service if required.
Casacove is situated on the Dave Thomas designed Roda Golf and Beach Resort.
We have meticulously furnished our townhouse to a very high standard with each room having a minimalistic modern feel.

We are a family from Scotland who enjoy most sports including golf, socialising , good food and of course the sun.

Why they chose this property

We have been visiting Roda Golf for past15 years and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of our Townhouse. The golf course is very well kept and an excellent challenge.
The area offers loads of variety with options of both 525 strip or old town for good food and it's many bars.
The beach stretches for 7km, with many beach bars and a variety of good restaurants along the promenade. Many say the shallow water is warmer than our pool.
Known as the "sunshine coast", Costa Calida boasts around 325 days of sunshine per annum.

What makes this property unique

We have just fully refurbished our "Casacove", with everything renewed including new boiler and air con/heating system.
Our corner leather sofa is comfortable and sets the tone for our minimalistic and modern design which continues right through each room.
We really have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A real home from home.
