Outstanding Stay but Difficult Rental Agency

This is a very unusual flat since it is within one of the beautifully historic arcades right in the middle of Paris. It is lively during the day and surprisingly quiet at night. The flat is spacious and well-equipped. The bed is very comfortable with good bedding. The unit is one floor up via very narrow (it's historic, so not surprising) stairs. The setup is perfect for a couple. Communication with the rental agency was impossible - we never got an answer to any question. Instructions for entry were clear.

Whenever I'm in Paris, I usually stay in the palais royale area, but this time I opted for a different CheckMyGuest, I was pleasantly surprised by this apartment, Due to other CheckMyGuest rentals in the Passage, there may be some noise from conversations in the main hallway (where all the shops are) when it is closed to the public at night, but it didn't detract from my overall experience,

The good things: A variety of restaurants both inside and outside of the Passage, a very clean and well-equipped space to ensure guests' comfort, Easily walkable location, Total peace and seclusion after hours when the Passage is closed to the public, The downsides: Noise from cleaning activities in the passage early in the morning and from the opening of individual stores below the unit, The absence of an Air Conditioner can be uncomfortable in the peak Summer months,
