The master bedroom is an oasis of tranquillity. Furnished with a comfortable double bed, it has a wardrobe for storing your personal belongings and two bedside tables. The window lets in plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom is perfect for guests or children. It has two single beds. The simple and functional design ensures comfort and practicality, making it ideal for a restful night's sleep. This room is also well lit thanks to the natural light coming in through the French window.

Bathroom

The well-equipped bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The elegant tiles and attention to detail add a touch of class.

Living Room with Dining Table and Kitchen

The heart of the apartment is the open-plan living area, which combines the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. A cosy dining table is perfect for enjoyable meals with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.



The booking price quoted prior to confirmation includes, depending on the nature of the individual stay, a charge for accommodation and a charge for ancillary services related to the booking and stay, such as cleaning, administration, support, platform/brokerage fees and related services.

The breakdown between accommodation and ancillary services may vary for each stay and will be specified in the tax/accounting documentation provided.



Before your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that since we are not a hotel, Italian law requires us to provide guests with any type of food, even just plain oil, salt and pepper, and since we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.

Please respect the flat and its facilities during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.

Security deposit for any damage

To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.

The deposit does not represent an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.

If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
