Welcome to Key West in New Port Richey. A 2015 total remodel with bright beach colors, puts you in a good mood once you walk in! The home is a Tri-level with the Master bedroom (with Queen sized bed) and full bath on the 3rd floor; large living space, kitchen/bar/dining table and full bath great for entertaining on the 2nd floor; outdoor access to the 2nd bedroom (complete with King bed and King Trundle pull out) and full bath poolside are located on the 1st level. The large covered back porch overlooks the Channel/Pool/Spa and Travertine deck - great for morning coffee/internet surfing. This house begs to entertain - the pull out sofas can sleep 4 more guests if needed! All new Kitchen appliances and outdoor grill makes cooking a breeze - but if you don't want to eat at home, there are many great options nearby! Green Key Beach is a 5 minute car ride away and is a luxury all its own with its beautiful sunsets. You may even catch a glimpse of a dolphin or sea turtle! The home can easily become your home away from home!

We loved our stay! Great house with lots of charm. The pool is a plus. Brought our boat with us and docked behind the house. Ran out to Anclote Key & sand bar and did some fishing. We will definitely make a trip back. Terrance was a great host!

This was our second time staying at this home. We love it because it’s so convenient to everything we need and want to do. We really enjoy the beachy feel and the 2nd story deck. We love the pool and hot tub. Everything in the home was nice and if we had a question or concern the property owner was pretty quick to get back to us, plus he also communicated to us if there was anything going to be happening on the property while we were there. We will definitely stay again!

This is the most adorable rental! Very artful and colorful coastal vibe! Owner was super accommodating to all our requests of extra TP & additional linens for extra guests and helped with our boat. Scalloping trip with 3 couples who all enjoyed our stay and discussed future re- booking at this property. Highly recommend - would give 10 stars if possible! Thank You so very much for your hospitality!!

House was ADORABLE! Only way to access the second bedroom is by a key no access thru main house. Adults staying in the room is fine but putting kids in that room? I wouldn't find it a great idea.Air conditioning failed the last few days we were there. We actually left a day early because house temperature went too hot for us to be comfortable sleeping. Contacted host but taking thermostat off wall and playing with it is not a solution to fixing a broken thermostat. If the situation had been amended my review would have been better.

Noel, we appreciate guest feedback, but the portrayal of this situation does not accurately reflect the urgency or professional service provided. On Sept. 17 at 8:30 a.m., you reported the A/C was not cooling and stated you were leaving for the beach until the afternoon. We responded within 9 minutes. By 9:19 a.m., only 49 minutes after your initial message, we had arranged an HVAC technician for a 10 a.m.-noon window and advised you that we could remotely provide access so your plans would not be interrupted. The technician arrived that morning, diagnosed a thermostat malfunction, reset it, and confirmed the HVAC system was operating properly. Before leaving, he reported the home had already cooled 7 degrees to 74°F. At 11:03 a.m., we sent you his reset instructions should the thermostat malfunction again. Those instructions were not a substitute for professional service; they were provided AFTER the technician had inspected and restored the system. We received no further message that the A/C stopped working, that the home remained uncomfortable, or that you were leaving early. Had we been notified, we would have immediately sent the technician back. We first learned this through your review. With 200 five-star reviews, we take guest concerns seriously. The system has since been checked and is operating properly. The documented timeline does not reflect an issue that was ignored or left without professional attention.

Great house right on the canal. The pool and hot tub were very clean and our family used every day. We stayed an entire month and the location is so close to stores and shopping it helped us avoid Florida traffic. Terrance was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. I the setup is perfect for families with teens or maybe two families sharing a place.
