The appartment was well situated in Chelsea. A 15 minute walk from the Tube Station Earl's Court. The appartment is nicely cut with two bedrooms towards a yard. The living room is facing a busy street but the windows keep the noise outside. There is TV but with satellite reception only. WiFi is OK. The Kitchen is good. It has a Nespresso and a milk frother! There is only one mug... And only one proper wine glass. The to bedrooms have but small double beds (french size), however they are comfortable. The maintenance of the appartment has room for improvement and it was not very clean. For my liking, communication with the company who runs the appartment, is too difficult. If something doesn't work or you have a question you have to make a video and send it via whatsapp. We booked a check-out for 11hrs. The company changed it afterwards to 10hrs. Finally they said they might charge us for a late check-out because of a delay of 25 Minutes. In the end, they did not charge us. However, a sense of unpleasentness remains.
