Welcome to Hitt’n the Beach, a beautifully updated first-floor condo just steps from the beach, offering ocean views, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortable accommodation for families and groups.

We had a great Labor Day weekend with our family of 5! The property was clean with great beach access. We were able to walk down to the boardwalk and enjoy all the fun! Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay! Our favorite part of course was it's proximity to the beach and all things Carolina Beach. We stayed for our daughter's graduation from UNCW. It took us 25-30 minutes to get to UNCW but this was the best of both worlds with being close by to UNCW and the beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had plenty of space for our 8-9 people we had staying at the house while we were there. Everything was nice and clean and we would absolutely love to come stay here again.

The property was excellent. Great location, easy beach access and everything we needed for our 4 nights. The noise from the upstairs neighbors thumping around above like Riverdance every evening/night and early morning construction next door waking us to a nail gun and saw each day was less than excellent, but not the property hosts fault. We could not use the pool due to hornet infestation, which was a disappointment, but we were there mainly for the beach, so not a deal breaker for us. We ran out of paper towels & ziplocks and almost ran out of toilet paper, so make sure to include paper products in your packing/shopping list!

We will call the HOA and ask them to handle any pool problems. We can only manage our unit. Toilet paper and paper towels are a starter set for the week, but we can always bring more if you call us. We are here to make your vacation perfect. Hope to see next time.

Much bigger than it looks in photos!

This was a terrific property for a long weekend. The property itself is much larger than it looks in the photos. The beach access is directly across the street and the pool was a nice touch. We would stay here again.

Great Location !

Our family stayed last week of Aug. so the Labor Day crowd started coming in on Thursday. But, due to being so close to the Boardwalk we could walk to restaurants and avoid traffic and parking hassles.

Wonderful. Clean, new renovations, ocean view, well stocked, beautifully decorated.

We loved our stay at this beautiful 3 bedroom condo. It was perfect for 3 grown grandchild couples and their 2 children. Love the wood floors, well stocked kitchen, and Wi-Fi. Very comfortable and conveniently located across from the beach.

One of our best vacations

My family and i have been going to Carolina beach for 8 years. This was one of the cleanest nicest places we have stayed. I was a little worried from the listing about how far the pool and beach access would be. When we got there it was literally right across the street. The property managers were awesome we had a very small issue with the master bathroom and they had it fixed within 3 hours. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay & great location

Outstanding customer service. The property manager assisted us with a few concerns within the hour both issues. One was after 9pm , had the HVAC maintenance there by 10pm to fix the issue. The place was beautiful and the location was great spot to attractions and the beach and pool steps away. We will definitely stay at a place where A1 property takes care of it. 5 star rating for us.

Unacceptable

Did not receive check in door code upon arrival. I needed to call the property manager. They were unavailable and directed me to the owner who provided the codes. There was not a complete setting of dishes in the house The master bathtub had yellow stains Over 50% The chair in the master bedroom was filthy There was no patio furniture on the master bedroom deck The place was crawling with cockroaches! We saw a dead one in our master bedroom and two live ones outside by the staircase. Upon departure, our guests shared with us that they killed one in the laundry room and two in their room. I was notified!!

Thanks for your review, Robert! Since our check in policy is 4pm, and you checked in at 1pm, the home was not yet ready nor were the codes available yet. We let our cleaners know so the other issues have been remedied. Water bugs are common here on the coast. If you had called us, we would have been more than happy to have the pest company out to spray.

We enjoyed our stay. However, the condo wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. This was at 4:30 pm. So we didn’t get to unload until after 6pm. Little tiring after a 4 hour drive with young children. Late grocery haul as well.
