This was a great little bungalow. We had a wonderful girls weekend and enjoyed all the antique stores in Landrum and Tryon. It was a very comfortable and cozy place to stay. Thank you for sharing!

Great location with easy access to the downtown area. The bungalow is comfortable, relaxing, and has everything needed for a wonderful stay. This was my second time staying here, and it certainly won’t be my last.

We rented over the holiday weekend and had a great stay! I loved how convenient it was to downtown and we walked to get food everyday. It is very cozy and we (two teens and two adults) managed sharing one bathroom and survived lol. It was very clean and had all we needed. There was a hiccup with communicating with the host before check-in but we were able to get in and she reached out via text to make sure all was well.

Great cottage, great location!

My elderly mother and I were passing through on our way from Florida to see my father who is a memory care facility in Tennessee. I was lucky to book this adorable bungalow because it felt like home the minute, we pulled up. The yard and house are well maintained with charming architectural details that look original. I loved the decor, books and wall art. It was so charming and comfortable. It is very close to the downtown area of Tryon and convenient for eating and exploring the area. I wish I had more time to browse in the downtown shops, but it was a quick stay.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.

Cozy Cottage

Erin is the friendliest host ever! The house is incredibly convenient to downtown Tryon. Easiest check out I've ever done. I highly recommend you stay here if you want to spend time in Landrum or Tryon.

Great location just steps from downtown. Small, quaint house. It is a bit older which didnt bother us, but if you are looking for something "modern" just be aware of that. Location is near some industrial-type buildings but it was completely safe. Host was proactive and very communicative! Definitely recommend!

Excellent location

Sweet little house just a block from shops and restaurants on Trade Street. Tiny bathroom with a door that can’t be completely closed, but its location makes up for it. Best for a couple who want to eat out and walk to places in Tryon. The owner was great about fixing a broken door lock, very promptly.

This little bungalow is absolutely perfect for a getaway! It was so nicely decorated with fresh flowers and such quaint touches. My husband and I both commented how comfortable the mattress was which is SO important but so hard to find on most vacation rentals. It was super clean and so close to everything. We loved being able to walk to downtown in less than 2 minutes. We hated to leave! The host, Erin is super communicative and friendly. Will definitely be back soon!!!

Quiet Area in downtown

Cute bungalow right in downtown as described. Very quite as most businesses close up around 5pm. Great yard for our pup. Erin was a fantastic host! Would definitely book again!

Need a walk in shower to support older visitors, uneven floor needs to be addressed. It was clean and cute as a button. If no one has mobility issues it is perfect!
