Please, note that the wood oven and the fireplace cannot be used. Then, there are two bedrooms, with twin beds, as well as a bathroom with a bath, that complete this floor. Upstairs you have another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and an independent shower. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. And you will find 4 fans, 2 electric radiators, a baby cot and a high-chair available. The finca is located about 6.6 km away from Porreres, an authentic Majorcan town where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. In fact, the gastronomic and enology variety is great in the area. You will also be very near the most beautiful beaches in the south like sa Ràpita, about 18.5 km away, ses Coveted or es Trenc. There is a hut by the house which is closed.
