It has a spacious and bright bedroom with double bed, storage space for clothes, a full bathroom with shower, and a well distributed open space with kitchenette equipped with everything you need, dining area and living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV, and direct access to the wonderful terrace overlooking the communal pool, where you can enjoy a summer climate throughout the year.

With an unbeatable location, a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest of Las Americas and Costa Adeje.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, toaster, juicer, blender, coffee maker, washing machine, ceiling fan, towels, sheets, crib, high chair and much more.

The swimming pool is open from 11:00 to 19:00. Sun loungers are available on request from the lifeguard for a fee.
