At its heart lies a breathtaking 100m² private heated pool (can be heated with additional fee), complete with a glass edge for those perfect, iconic-worthy shots. With a depth of 1.0 to 1.5 meters, the pool includes a luxurious in-water, six-seater spa whirlpool for pure indulgence. The scene is further elevated by a custom-designed lounge with a fire pit, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with Gas & Charcoal BBQ, a half-size basketball court, and an additional plunge pool—every detail thoughtfully designed for enjoyment. Signature tableware, plush poolside loungers, and bespoke outdoor furnishings add elegance and charm to every experience, creating a luxurious yet private escape for those in search of relaxation and exclusivity. To complete the experience, the villa includes convenient outdoor parking for over three vehicles.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

The entire Villa lays in 3 floors featuring also an elevator for ultimate comfort. This captivating Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 700m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms & an additional bathroom, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - featuring harmonious views from the moment you wake up and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in real beds, as well as two more guests can sleep in a folding sofa beds located in the living areas. The maximum capacity is 14 guests.

Your Home Stay Includes

Loutraki is considered the gate to Peloponnese. The Corinth Canal, just 10 minutes drive, connects Gulf of Corinth (Ionian Sea) with Saronic Gulf ( Aegean Sea) and it cuts through the narrow Isthmus of Corinth (4 miles) is a highly visited and a must visit during your stay. Loutraki town is known for its vast natural springs and its therapeutic spas. There are many visitors joining during summer months mainly of the crystal clear sea.
