Villa Thea is perfectly located in the sought-after resort of Cala Blanca, within walking distance of all amenities, including two fine white sand beaches. Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.
If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
