Villa José is located in a privileged area of Cala Blanca, just a few steps from the Cala Blanca sandy beach, and is a comfortable and fully equipped accommodation, ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy rest and comfort in an environment close to the sea. The property has an area of 100 m² and capacity for up to 6 people.



The interior of the villa offers a spacious and bright space, where the living room and dining room are integrated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It has a Smart TV, free wifi and a built-in fireplace. The independent kitchen, with a vitroceramic hob, is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



The villa has three double bedrooms with air conditioning: one with a double bed and two with single beds. It has two bathrooms, one renovated with a bathtub and another with a shower without renovation, offering functionality and comfort for all guests.



Outside, the property has a private pool surrounded by trees and spacious landscaped areas, which provide privacy and freshness. The pool area has 6 sun loungers with umbrellas. In addition, the villa offers a spacious covered terrace with a table and chairs and a built-in barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals and the pleasant Mediterranean climate.



House Rules:

No organisation of parties or events of any kind is permitted.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the property's condition and the group's appropriate behaviour during the stay have been verified.

Pets are not accepted.

Tourist Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid by card before arrival.
