This charming private villa is just 10 minutes from the center of Carvoeiro. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people, with four bedrooms, all with private bathroom and access to the garden terrace.
The spacious living room comprises a dining area and access to the terrace with garden, jacuzzi, private pool and outdoor dining area.
In the house, you also have access to a service bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa has Wi-Fi internet throughout the house, fireplace in the living area.

Heated swimming pool/Jacuzzi (price on request, extra charge).

For winter stays, between November and March, the cost of electricity and gas for heating the Villa Interior is charged extra.

You can enjoy the swimming pool and private garden.

Please note the villa sits within a Residential complex. Please be considerate of Neighbours and noise levels at all times.
Noise levels should be kept at a minimum between 11 PM and 7 AM to ensure residents can rest peacefully.

Unfortunately not a great stay

The house is in a beautiful location with a short walk to the cliffs and a beautiful view of the ocean but unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best. Communication with the host wasn’t that great, especially after we left and had questions about an extra 800 (Canadian)charge for gas and electricity in the house after we left. This extra charge was NOT for the pool, it was for the air conditioner/heating units in the house. We were there for 13 days.During our stay the air conditioning/heating units kept breaking and turning off the whole time we were there. It was shocking and disappointing to receive the added charge after our stay. We found the beds to be very hard and uncomfortable. The couch and chairs in the living room were old and uncomfortable as well.

Dear Sarah Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear of the difficulties you experienced during your stay and any confusion regarding the heating costs for gas and electricity. It is only during ‘November to March’, that heating costs are charged, which is common practice in Portugal. This is also clearly stated on the villa listing on the VRBO website, who reviewed the situation and completed the payment as it had been appropriately disclosed. In regard to the air conditioning units, we did immediately instruct engineers to call and repair them. Unfortunately they were unable to, as parts were unavailable. We are in the process of purchasing 3 brand new air conditioning units as replacements. In response to your additional comments, we have never received any complaints in these areas, and our many valued repeat clients, have never expressed any concerns. However, we will closely monitor this. We value transparency and always welcome questions before booking to avoid misunderstandings. We were glad to hear that you were happy with the villa’s short walk to the cliffs, beautiful location and lovely view of the ocean and wish you all the best in your future travels.
