Their situation is unbeatable: within a few minutes walking or by car, you will find a wide commercial area with supermarkets such as Mercadona and Aldi, as well as various leisure venues and a varied gastronomic offer in the centre of Coín



For nature lovers, the house is close to routes such as the Barranco Blanco River path and the Juanar Refuge, ideal for hiking and exploration



The interior of the house has 3 bedrooms: two with single beds and one with a double bed, all with windows to the outside and comfortable spaces to store luggage. The shared bathroom has a shower tray. The main entrance leads to an independent and equipped kitchen, connected to a spacious living-dining room that provides access to the porch with outdoor furniture, creating a perfect space to coexist and enjoy the natural environment.



With 100 m², the property is equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning in all rooms, heat pump heating, wifi, fireplace for cosy environments, washing machine, dryer, and a gas kitchen with all necessary appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer



The exterior includes garden, fenced plot, 20 m² terrace, barbecue and outdoor parking in the same building In addition, all windows have mosquito nets for a pleasant and undisturbed rest.
