Amazing home on Owasco lake! Renovated in 2020! Very large , 6 bedroom and 3 bath modern SLEEPS UP TO 20 people, 3800 sq feet to enjoy, right on the lake, large deck, new dock, boat launch, new in 2021 SUNSET LOUNGE BAR, OUTDOOR Tiki Bar, boat house party room with flat screen and games.

6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
IN JULY AND AUGUST 1 WEEK MINIMUM, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. The rest of the year 2 night minimum.

This house has modern amenities like cable TV full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, ping pong table. We're Pet friendly too! Another nice thing is that you can launch your boat directly from our cement boat launch. The home has 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Kid friendly with bunk beds for the kiddies. One of the bedrooms Is on the ground floor.

What a gem!

Such a great week - the kids and cousins got to bunk up, jump off the dock and run laps around the enormous open living space. Jim was always responsive and made the check in/check out process seamless. The big takeaway from the family was “we have to rent this again next summer”! 10/10

Overall, a nice place to stay for the weekend. House had a musty smell that we had to cover up with candles and also found socks in the bed before we had slept in it. Very spacious place with nice access to the lake.

We loved the waterfront access and beautiful views from the deck. The kitchen area was big enough for our group of 27 (staying in 3 houses). We brought kayaks which would be a nice addition. Stopped by a few wineries and brewery in Aurora, about 25 minutes away. Overall a beautiful place.

Great property, sun lounge facing the lake is incredible. Great fishing to the point that fish were biting us when we swam near the dock. The property is closer to neighbors than anticipated, however it wasn’t an issue in any way.

Fantastic spot for a large group!

This is such a beautiful property! I stayed here with my fiancé and our bridal party for our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The house is huge with plenty of space for a large group (we had 16 adults and 2 kids). The front room has a gorgeous view, and there’s a nice sized yard with an awesome deck and 2 fire pits. We had such a blast, thanks for having us!!

Family Reunion 24

Perfect property for a large family gathering! Plenty of space throughout including two living rooms, bar area, tiki bar outside, garage next to tiki bar which came in handy during several thunderstorms. Could use a few maintenance adjustments with screens and windows but overall a perfect getaway place to enjoy the lake view and solitude. Had all the amenities of home.

Perfect vacation and plenty of space for 17 people of all ages.

So much fun with a large family of all ages. Brought the boat, with easy in and out using the ramp. Spent the week boating, fishing, kayaking, water-skiing, floating and swimming. Great views, especially sunset, followed by spectacular evening fires in the pits. Never a dull moment. Super fun! Hope to be back. Love this lake!!!

Wonderful Lakehouse

Our family of 18 had a great time at this vacation house! Nice and big, well stocked, great waterfront! Fun tiki bar for outside parties. Nice boathouse for storage and ping pong. Loved having our own boat ramp. Jim had quick responses with questions. Hope to come back! Perfect location for adults and little ones that love lake living!

Summer 2024 vacation

Overall, the house was clean and most importantly everyone had a good time!!! Jim was easy to communicate with and easy to get along with. Home could use some updates inside and out, but nothing major. Didnt like that the home was so close to other properties, but no one bothered us. Definitely would recommend to others.

Great place on the lake

Location and proximity to the lake is great. Overall this is our 4th summer we have chosen this house for our family gathering / reunion. The property has had a lot of good updates over this time, however from flooding last summer the shore line was disrupted and still covered with a lot of debris, uneven areas, and beginning to become overgrown. In past years we have always been able to launch our 21' boat, however this year that was not possible. Also, some of the living amenities are starting to decline. The front deck is in desperate need of repair, and there are several pieces of furniture which are broken / or unusable. We have also learned to begin bringing our own mattress foam tops (beds are not the best for adults). Overall, this is a nice gathering area for larger groups - recent updates to the detached garage and patio area make it perfect for outside gatherings. Great fishing for the kids from the dock and tons of shore frontage for a nice view.

Hi Justin, Thanks for coming for the 4th year. Update ny got hit by the floods in the spring and I got another 15 feet of lakefront but we are removing the earth this weekend so the next time it will be back to normal. It takes about 8 months to get the permits to fix any shoreline on a nice lake like owasco.

Great Lake Front location, property needs some TLC.

Just returned from a 1 week stay on Owasco Lake. The location is great. (close to Auburn NY) Water clarity is excellent. Dock is small but also has a swim raft. House is spacious overall and has a nice new deck overlooking the lake. Deck furniture is in good shape. Separate patio with tiki bar and large gas grill. (it worked but was pretty filthy.) Has a fire pit on a lower level of the patio but no seating on that level. Plenty of free firewood for campfires. The bedrooms were spacious and beds reasonably comfortable. Had to unclog 1 bathroom drain. Kitchen had the right equipment incl. 2 refrigerators. 1 had no shelves in the door and was hard to keep from freezing our food. Plenty of knives but no sharp ones and no sharpener. I bought one and left it there so problem solved. The family room furniture was ready for the trash, worn and stained. 2 decent sized dining tables but pretty rickety. LR sectional couch was in decent shape but needed cleaning. The grounds around the house have a lot of potential but have not been maintained. More noticeable as the neighboring house has beautiful landscaping. Gutters need maintenance which became an issue when it rained hard and water poured off the roof in front of the door, making it hard to enter without a good soaking. Exterior of the house needs maintenance. (missing siding, peeling paint, etc.) Owner needs to attend to safety issues re: inoperable smoke detectors and electrical outlets w/o covers.

We stayed for Syracuse graduation weekend. The house is large and easily accommodated 8 people. It’s a little dated but served our needs. However, neither of the 2 coffee pots worked and it’s a 15 min drive into town for coffee.
