Luxury Apartment in the Golden Mile

Summary:
Spacious brand-new apartment of 3 beds, 3.5 bathrooms of 200m2 in the 1st floor. Fully equipped apartment that it will make you feel at home. Offers a spacious and bright open layout, tall ceilings, large windows and hardwood floors.

Located in the golden mile, the most luxurious neighborhood, in Barrio Salamanca, 1-min walk to Calle Serrano. It's also just 3-min walk from the famous Puerta de Alcalá.

The Space:
Since I own the entire 1st floor, we have two apartments and if desired, they can be communicated by unlocking a door. They are perfect if you are a very big group. If we connect both apartments it hots 12 guests.

The apartment is on floor 1.5, this means that guests can take elevator to floor 2 and walk down 10 stairs or take the elevator to floor 1 and climb 10 stairs.

WE ALSO HAVE A SECOND ACCESS WITH A DIRECT LIFT TO THE APARTMENT ( BACK DOOR) THAT CAN BE USED BY GUESTS. PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFOREHAND SO WE CAN ARRANGE THE KEYS 🙏🏻

The Neighborhood:
Barrio Salamanca is the best neighborhood in Madrid. A neighborhood known for its upscale boutiques, Salamanca offers an amazing window shopping experience, especially along the Golden Mile, which is where the apartment is set. Some of the best fine dining restaurants in the city are steps away.

It is surrounded by luxury in both its retail and recreational form. It offers an amazing window shopping experience, specially the Golden Mile, which the apartment is located. Salamanca is known for having world-renowned designer labels in fashion, homeware and the like, as well as some of the city's finest dining. In addition the apartment is just a minute walk to the most famous and biggest park in Madrid, el Retiro.

How to get to the apartment:

From Barajas Airport
a) Taxi or Uber – 25 minutes
b) Train (Cercanías line C1) – 30 minutes. Take Renfe Cercanías from the airport to Recoletos station.

From Atocha Station
a) Taxi or Uber – 10 minutes
b) Bus 203 – 12 minutes. Take the 203 bus from Atocha Station to Cibeles, then walk 7 minutes.

Wonderful Apartment in Madrid

Great apartment in Madrid located in a great location. Near most museums and easy access to metro stations or cabs so it’s very easy to get around Madrid. Great residential feeling with wonderful restaurants and bars all within short walking distance.

We expected a lot, and were very pleased!

From the photos, we expected this apartment to be fantastic, and it really was! It's very comfortable and very well-equipped. What we didn't understand, prior to our stay, is just how well-located it is! It is in an excellent location - a beautiful area that is right in the middle of everything. When in Madrid, we'll definitely stay in this apartment again.

The location was perfect as Salamanca and Malasaña are in walking range. Regarding the apartment itself, it was extremely clean and is very spacious for 3 people. Couldn't think of any problem!

Location is Awesome

My friends and I loved Mateo's flat. The flat location is located several blocks from Madrid's City Center, CentroCentro (the observation deck is an awesome view of the city) Museo Nacional del Prado, Raimunda restaurant (food was awesome) and Hop on Hop off tour bus stop. Would definitely reserve Mateo's flat again.

Great location and service

Everyone loved the apartment. Took us a while learn how to use the a/c, but otherwise the location, cleanliness, service, amenities and the size and decor of the living spaces were all excellent. Victor was very responsive to texts and even arranged transportation back to the airport for us. Highly recommend.

Amazing luxury house everything perfect

We came for a Wedding and we needed a spacious home but we were amazed by this home. Exquisite taste in decoration , very clean , state of the art kitchen and rooms were so comfortable. The location was unbeatable anything you like walking distance . The home is more true than the pictures , luxurious , spacious and comfortable. Not that many with these specs in such a nice area of Madrid.

The BEST condo in Madrid!!!

The owner and host, Juan was fantastic. He was there to greet us when we arrived (several hours early), and he was very responsive to our needs. The condo has three bedrooms (with a second, nearly identical unit right next door of you need SIX bedrooms), it is perfectly new, modern, beautiful, and wonderfully decorated. Everything worked well - including the air conditioning - and we were within a five to ten minute walk of everything we wanted to do. This place is truly flawless and it’s obvious that they attended all of the details important to discerning travelers. We are travel snobs who want things to be perfect, and we were 100% pleased with everything here. Don’t look any further - just book this fabulous condo. You will be very happy that you did.

Spacious, exquisitely clean, gorgeous flat in The Best neighbkrp

We were out here for our daughters wedding and needed an accommodation for 3 couples. This flat was on a quiet street in a chic neighborhood- lots of bars, boutiques and awesome cafes. Taxis frequent the street enough to hail one right outside the front door and off you go to anywhere. We would absolutely stay again
