There were a couple of glitches that management needed to see about; one was not addressed. The light in the bedroom was out and remained so for the 5 day stay. Towels were at a minimum. Management, however did a great job of communicating with us and seeing to our very late arrival. Thanks!

Regarding your comments, we are sorry about the issue with the bedroom light. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we will review it with our maintenance team.
As a note, our accommodations operate as fully equipped apartments rather than hotel-style services, meaning there is no daily housekeeping or linen/towel changes during the stay. However, all apartments are equipped with laundry facilities for guests’ convenience, and additional supplies can always be provided upon request when needed.
