Did not stay at this apartment mainly because lift was broken and it is on 2nd floor, 3rd floor in US. I am older with difficult knees. Also pictures online make this apartment appear much nicer. Seemed dingy and kitchen and bathrooms were dark and rather old. Location goodManager was very kind and offered us another apartment with working lift.

Great Location, Difficult Check-In

The apartment is in a convenient location, located on the 3rd floor, the elevator was out of order. The property manager requested an additional security deposit beyond the one required by VRBO, which I paid, as well as additional personal identification. I was uncomfortable with the extra ID information.The manager finally relented and said he would have someone meet me at the apartment at a pre-arranged time who would check my ID. I arrived in London not knowing if I would have a place to stay or not. My family and I waited on the street with our luggage for 15 minutes before he arrived. Otherwise, the apartment was clean and convenient.
