checkin was easy and straightforward. The property had everything we needed. Great facilities, all very comfortable. It was all clean and immaculate. A great location to relax and enjoy lovely views from the garden.
Overall the property was well cleaned. There was dog hair on the sofa and on the floor in the lounge. The fan oven did not work. The ovens were not clean and the oven trays and tins were very dirty.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear about the dog hair and the condition of the oven and trays, that’s not the experience we want for our guests. I’ll be passing this straight on to our cleaning team to make sure it’s put right. We really appreciate you letting us know so we can improve.
