Stunning 5 Bedroom Villa With seaviews, garden & heated pool 5 min to the beach

Casa Bonita is spacious villa which has 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the Casita by the pool. ( 4 bedrooms have king/ twin beds and 1 bedroom has a double bed) The main house has a large living room, dining room and kitchen and there is also an outdoor kitchen and dining area overlooking the pool with seaviews. The property is airconditioned throughout. There are three double bedrooms, a shower room and 2 bathrooms in the main house.

The Casita has 2 twin bedrooms and a large shower room and kitchen and is totally self contained with its own entrance, terrace and ping pong table.

There is a 7m x 3m salt water pool which is heated on request. There are lots of terraces and garden areas surrounding the villa where you can chill out including a shaded deck to the rear of the villa and a roof terrace with spectacular views.

WIFI and tv in the main house

The property is very close to some of the best beaches on the island. Cala Bassa, Cala, Tarida and Cala Conte are all 5 minutes drive away. Both Sant Josep and San Antonio are 10 minutes drive. There is a cafe, restaurant and supermarket within 5 minute walk.

Great stay!

Check in was quick and informative. House is spacious and as it is described on the listing. Great location close to supermarket and a restaurant. The hosts were amazing with regards to response time, and extremely helpful. We were a group of six friends staying but I would definitely book this place for when we visit with family next year.

The perfect villa

We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful villa. It has everything you need , is well laid out with enough space for everyone to have a bit of privacy and having a shop, restaurant and bus stop near by makes it more accessible than some other villas on the island . Also Shelley and Danny the property managers are so helpful and on hand at anytime if anything crops up or you have any questions. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Wunderful house with very spacious garden and stunning views

We really enjoyed our stay at Shelley's house. It's an unbelievably beautiful accomodation, with 5 bedrooms, lots of space in and outside the house. The highlights are definitely the infinity pool and the view from the rooftop terrace. The hosts are more than welcoming and communication with them was very easy. 12/10 ;) for this stay - would defnitely come back

Gorgeous villa. Stylish, comfortable and well laid out with a stunning roof terrace, lovely pool and lots of outside space to relax. Teenagers loved having the casita to themselves and made good use of the table tennis table! Outstanding villa hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Wow the pictures truly doesn’t do this villa any justice! It was absolutely gorgeous! Clean and emasculate. The view was stunning and the space was super spacious where me and my 6 friends didn’t feel on top of each other or cramped ! .. Shelley was soooo warm and friendly answered every question and promptly responded! Sheena was very friendly and also responsive to all my questions.. The villa was centrally located to all we were trying to participate with on the island.. The only regret is not staying longer.. I will highly recommend and will definitely stay again.. thanks Sheena for opening up your wonderful home that proved to be a memorable experience for my bachelorette

We are a family of four from Ireland but have lived all over the world. My husband and I have been coming to Ibiza for over twenty years and finally bought a place here after many years considering it. We try to get down here as much as possible with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

We love this part of the island as it has easy access of some of our favourite beaches such as Cala Vadella, Cala Moli, Cala Tarida, Cala Conte and Cala Bassa. We also love the views and the ability to walk to our local restaurant and supermarket. The location has the right balance for us in that it is close to everything with need but not too in the thick of it.

What makes this property unique

We love the sea views and sunsets from the house. There are lots of terraces and outdoor spaces to chill and enjoy the beautiful Ibenican scenery. We also love that the house is designed in a way that is family orientated and suitable for year round living. The guest annexe also makes it perfect for having visitors who can have their own space and privacy./
