AUTHENTIC IBIZAN TRADITIONAL ARCHITECTURE HOUSE-FAMILY HERITAGE
This house has seen the ownership of four generations from the same family, each one bringing his personal touch and adapting to different uses ( farming animals, agriculture etc ) always respecting the style and traditional values of the island of Ibiza.
From 2006 the present owners, after a large restoration, are offering their home to rent to the tourist industry.
Our guests in return have helped us with their opinions and suggestions to improve our service every day.
To give a really personal service to our guests, we ourselves deal with the general maintenance and running of our home.
Nearby is the main road to the small village of San Miguel which also links up with the rest of the island, for example, 3 minutes to the famous village of Santa Gertrudis , 15 minutes to Ibiza town and 20 minutes to the airport. Here you will be able to enjoy privacy and comfort in the middle of the ibizan countryside.
The area is also known for people who ‘like to come close to nature‘ who also might enjoy cycling, walking or horse back riding.
Tastefully decorated with private art collection.
Spacious halls and rooms.
Families and quiet groups welcome.

Restorations were made in 2006 preserving the original roofs of Sabina wood characteristic of Ibiza style. Thick walls which maintain a pleasant temperature during the summer months deem it unnecessary for the use of air-conditioning.
