Stunning Hamilton Cove Condo with 6 Seat Golf Cart

The living room has a custom-tiled wood burning fireplace and a comfortable couch with chaise lounge and 2 reading chairs. A great place to play a game or watch a movie on the flat screen TV (equipped with internet, bring your own streaming passwords).

The dining room is located right off the living room and has seating for 6. It is open to a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ideal for entertaining. The cabinets are stocked with basic cookware, cooking utensils, and dishes. Everything needed for a homecooked meal or take out from a local restaurant.

The master suite features a king size bed and black out shades. Enjoy the adjoining full bath complete with dual sinks, multiple shower heads, and heated floors.

The second bedroom has a queen bed. A second full bathroom is located directly across the hall. Find additional sleeping space on the queen pull out sofa.

Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, large closet, dresser, and French doors that open to the balcony.

From the balcony enjoy a partial ocean view while BBQing, having a glass of wine, or relaxing after a fun day on the island. The balcony is furnished with a high-top dining table/chairs and 2 sets lounge chairs.

Washer/Dryer located in the main entry closet.

Guests have full access to the entire condo except for one locked owner’s cabinet in the master bedroom closet.

You will need to take a taxi to and from the condo upon arrival and departure of the island. Once at the condo you will have full use of a 6 Seat golf cart for the duration of your stay. Please note that no rental golf carts are allowed past the gated entrance of Hamilton Cove.

Hamilton Cove is located 5 minutes from the Descanso Beach Club, 10 minutes from Downtown Avalon where you will find an assortment of shops, restaurant, and entertainment; 10 minutes from VONS grocery store; and 15 minutes from Wrigley Botanical Garden, Catalina Island Golf Course, and hiking trails.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMAITON: To get to the front door of the condo, you will need to climb a staircase of 40 steps. The interior of the condo has stairs that lead down into the living room and each bedrooms. Nightlights are in place for safety. Please use caution and lights when moving around the condo at night to prevent accidental injury.
