Historic Charmer in Phoenix!
This charming home built in 1910 has beautiful Craftsmanship, a true piece of History, nestled by the prestigious south Arcadia area, just miles from the Biltmore area. Gorgeous design, Craftsmanship, Hardwood floors, the fine woods throughout really accentuate the beauty of this unique home. Magnificent soaring ceilings, remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, range/oven), washer & dryer and lush landscape. 3 BR 1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Queen and futon.
* Also available for extended stay, long term rental. Fully equipped with linens, towels, dishes, cooking pots, 55" Smart TV , internet, ... everything you need!
There are 3 bedrooms, and the bathroom is located between 2 of the bedrooms. To get to the 3rd bedroom you have to walk thought the 2nd bedroom.
There is a studio upstairs (With private entry) which is also available under our listings under "TiNy FuNkY sTuDiO" in case you would like to rent it as well for a larger group, or by itself for only 2 people. Please note that the Studio "might" be occupied at the time of your stay so please be courteous about loud noises after hrs. *** also, if you are sensitive to noise, this might not be the right property for you as from time to time you might hear the toilet flushing, or the shower - regular water pipe noises from the guest above - which has a max occupancy of only 2 people. Parking: the RIGHT side of the driveway is for the studio parking, and the LEFT side is for the main house. There is also enough parking available on the street as well. The common areas such as back yard , back porch with sitting area with firepit, and front porch with swing are Shared areas, but if there are no guests in the upstairs studio, you'll have the whole place to yourselves! Long term rentals (over 28 days) guest pays the utility bills such as Electricity, Water and Gas. If the studio is occupied during your stay the host will prorate the bills accordingly so you only pay your portion and only for the days you booked. (you will only pay 2/3 of the bills).
*** Enjoy riding bikes, running or a nice stroll? ......The Grand Canal Trail is just few blocks from the house, Olive Park too, Pho 32 (amazing Veggie pho), Loving Hut (the best curry ever), Sprouts on the corner of 28th Street and Indian School, and many many more fun places very near by.
* UTILITIES ON LONG TERM BOOKINGS (over 28 days) Guest accepts to pay the utilities such as water bill (City of Phoenix bill) and Electricity (SRP bill) and Gas. Host will pay for internet, home warranty, landscape services, alarm system monitoring, Netflix and Hulu. Utilities will be prorated and guest pays 2/3 of the total bill, and only for the days booked. Or a $300 flat fee for monthly utilities whichever the guest prefer.
