Greeted with lovely flooring in the entrance you’ll then step into a newly decorated living area with plenty of seating to relax on while watching our large 43' Smart TV.
The freshly fitted contemporary kitchen that is fully stocked with your essential culinary items is an awesome space to prepare those home away from home meals.
From the kitchen you'll find large french doors that leads to the back garden, a spacious fenced area that you'll enjoy when outside getting some fresh air.
Upstairs are three bedrooms:

House is in poor shape. Old and broken furniture. Filthy oven and generally poor standard of cleaning. Bed linen had hairs and stains.The rear garden was abandoned and the side alley was a mess. Did not represent value for mony. Very dissapointing. Communication with the local managment was quite haphazard and then stopped altogether. It's potentially a very nice house at the end of a cul de sac. It just needs some investment and upgrading by professional craftsmen. Whover last upgraded the bathroom didn't know what they were doing. The sealing is a complete mess and totaly ineffective. The heating works well when you figure it out, but comes with no instructions! The managment company based in London could not be faulted with good communication and helpful service. Unfortunately this was not repeated on the ground at the property.
