Beautifully furnished master bedroom/master bath, guest bedroom with ensuite. Private back yard with patio furniture, built in gas barbeque, and a water feature. Highly Recommend this Lovely Home!

Our recent 2-month stay at this property was fantastic! It was exactly as depicted and promised. From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. The entire experience was so well managed. The communication with the owners, Scott and Kathy, was exceptional. They were friendly, responsive, and helpful, making us feel valued and well taken care of. The location of this 55+ gated golf community resort is stunningly beautiful, with 5-star amenities. The house itself is located on a quiet road and was very well appointed, with a comfortable interior. The attention to detail and the thoughtful gestures and amenities provided made us feel welcome and allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. Thanks so much for sharing this lovely home. Wonderful home and community

We just completed a three-month stay at this wonderful home in Vistancia. The home is beautiful and it is better equipped than any VRBO we've ever stayed at. The hosts were extremely responsive. The neighborhood and neighbors were very friendly. The clubhouse and pool is beautiful. An easy 5 star on this one!

Wonderful home & community

The home was lovely....clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The owners and host were very helpful with our needs. The community is very friendly and the area is kept in immaculate condition. Golf course is great too!!

It was the best idea I have had in my last 10 vacation choices.

The property was quiet, clean, peaceful, friendly and I absolutely loved it. It was a perfect location for my family to come and visit with me when they were free. The Spa was a great place to hang out as well.

Exceeded our expectations!!! Highly recommend.

This is an immaculate, comfortable and beautiful home in a quiet location within the Trilogy community. It is extremely well maintained and the homeowners have provided absolutely everything you need for day-to-day living. The back patio is very private and has a resort feel. Very nice! There is a nearby restaurant with great food and wonderful views, and plenty of shopping and dining within minutes. If you are a golfer, there is a beautiful course here to play. Don't forget your clubs! Should we decide to vacation in the area again, we would definitely return to this property. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!! It was perfect in every way.

You think you are on a constant vacation with an award winning golf course, spa, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, restaurants, hiking trails, biking trails, bocce ball, tennis, pickle ball, exercise facilities with regular workout classes. Located in a quiet area of the desert but just 5 minutes to shopping.
