Spacious apartment in Venice

a large apartment located in the center of Venice a few minutes from Piazza San Marco and the Biennale and at the same time away from the most touristic streets. Immersed in an area where you can still find neighborhood shops. Barbaria delle Tole is one of the last with an artisan nature. It is the perfect base for exploring Venice starting from its heart. The area is well served: easily reachable from the vaporetto stop, very close to the supermarket and many small shops. direct connection to the airport (c. 45 minutes). the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms but we ask you to let us know in advance if you want to use both because the second is prepared only on request. we remind you that upon departure you will have to pay the costs of the tourist tax (4 euros per person per night) which are not included in the offer

The apartment is convenient in an easily walkable neighborhood. Close to canal to get public transportation. Host was accommodating regarding check in time and apartment is easy to access. Note that we did not sign up for a vineyard experience, not sure why this shows up here.

No clue what this vineyard/wine experience is that you keep mentioning. There is no vineyard or wine. The owner was very helpful and communicates extremely well. The place however is very rundown, filthy, lacking. Location is okay, but we could not stay beyond one night. We tried,but when we went to take a shower the first morning, we couldn’t get hot water. We tried everything. The owner claims the water worked, but it didn’t. There were cobwebs,the sheets/bedding were dirty, the livingroom blinds are broken, We left and got a hotel. We paid a lot for the vrbo rental and it wasn’t worth a fraction of the cost. Zoom in on the photos and you’ll see what we mean.

Luckily I was far-sighted and I sent Vrbo a video that denies all the things said in this review by merinda. Then if you find it correct to discredit me by taking pictures of the broom warehouse just because Vrbo didn't think it had to make a refund I'm dazed

Short

The bed linens had not been changed. (Sand and dirt along with hair was collected in the crease between mattresses and across the sheets.) Table tops had sticky stuff and a coating of dust. Screens were missing from windows in living room admitting mosquitos, which created a health issue for one of our family members who then required medical attention. The air was humid in the apartment and smelled musty. Inacurate info was provided as to location. Host indicated he was aware of misinformation and never communicated an accurate address despite several exchanges until we went to the wrong location(750M from one to the other hauling 60K of luggage). Neighborhood amenities were excellent. Could have used more pillows and towels but existing were fine. All things considered, property was fine, difficulties were with host and communication.

Chris ha sbagliato di raggiungere l’immobile ho fatto di tutto per aiutarlo a raggiungere i lì a casa coinvolgendo anche membri di Vrbo. Purtroppo questo lo ha portato a vendicarsi con una recensione negativa e falsa. Chiaramente cambiamo le lenzuola per tutti gli ospiti e puliamo a fondo l’immobile prima di ogni arrivo per rispetto verso gli altri e verso noi stessi. Chiaramente durante il soggiorno chris non si è lamentato di nulla. Ma già si capiva la sua educazione avendo lasciato sacchi di immondizia piena nonostante tutte le indicazioni per il corretto smaltimento. Poi quando uno è maleducato è inutile aspettarsi che sia corretto.

Das Objekt war von Schimmel befallen, vor allem in Bad und in den Schlafzimmern. Teilweise waren auch die Matrazen feucht. Es herrschte ein wenig Unordnung bei den vielen privaten Sachen das Vermieters. Die Kommunikation gerade wegen des Mülls war nicht gut.

Ciao Olaf, hai fatto un viaggio in un giorno di 1800 km per fermarti una notte a casa mia e ripartire qualche ora dopo. Credo tu non abbia avuto il tempo di immergerti nell’atmosfera della casa e della città, non te ne faccio un colpa ma non farla neanche a me. In ogni i casi quello che è da dire che gli oggetti antichi che sono in casa sono gli stessi che si vedono nelle foto, non ne è entrato uno in più. Non abbiamo tutti gli stessi gusti ma se tu preferisci le fare asettiche, dic it amo le stanze da ospedale che gusto ci trovi a prenotare casa mia, esserne insoddisfatto e giudicare con un 2 la tua incapacità nel riconoscere ciò che fa una vita da ciò che non ce l’ha

Un appartement original très bien placé

Le manque de luminosité est rattrapé par l'accessibilité au rez de chaussé et la qualité des équipements. Rien ne manque et nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au calme tout en étant proche de toutes les attractions de Venise. Le supermarché tout proche très intéressant et un restaurant à deux pas.
