You will have access to the entire apartment with private large terrace. You will also get to enjoy the communal pool, communal gym, communal bar/lounge and gardens. You can make use of the private parking space within the gated community, you will be assigned one parking space for your sole use. If extra parking is needed you will easily find street parking just outside the community.
The Neighborhood:
The Doña Julia Sea View Marvel is a perfect place to set up camp and explore the area. Located in a quite spot in Marina de Casares and with fantastic access to the highway giving you a multitude of options to plan days out. Enjoy a day out in Estepona, Gibraltar, Puerto de la Duquesa or the neighboring towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus (all within a 30 minute drive radius). There is plenty of nature based activities to enjoy in the area as well such as canyoning in Benahavis, windsurfing in Tarifa and exploring the beautiful nature park of Parque Natural Los Alcornocales.
The versatility of options available at this apartment will ensure that you are spoilt for choice and that you will be able to fullfill whatever your idea is of spending some time in the sun.
Getting Around:
You will have use of an assigned parking space within the gated community. There is also plenty of space for off street parking.
The best way to explore all of what the Costa del Sol has to offer, make your stay more comfortable and have complete freedom is to do so by car. This gives you complete freedom of where and when you go. There are a multitude of car rental options available, and you can pre book these online.
Although we recommend making use of a car there are other options available such as taxi services and private transfer hire companies.
Other Things to Note:
To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a €26 non-refundable damage waiver applies to each 21-day period of your reservation. This waiver provides peace of mind by covering accidental damage during your stay.
By opting for this waiver, no large security deposit is required, helping to keep your check-in simple and stress-free.
Upon booking, all guests are required by Spanish law to submit a valid driver’s license or passport through our check-in application.
