Phenomenally warm and cozy cottage! Everything we needed was supplied and it’s decorated in a welcoming and pleasing way. The location is great and private parking was a wonderful plus. Highly recommend!

Great place for a short stay

My husband, 5 & 2 year olds and I stayed here for 4 days while exploring Eugene. It was the perfect spot to come back to for afternoon naps/making meals.

Cute, clean cottage but if you are looking for more privacy, I wouldn’t recommend this. Ideal for stopovers.

Yes, I can see why Michael said he wanted more privacy. I stumbled upon him stepping outside to smoke a "pre-roll" (those were his words). I have a policy of no smoking of any substances anywhere on the property, inside or out, so this was an awkward encounter. I was simply making an effort to say hello in person, as I do with most guests, to welcome them and make sure they have what they need. If you read my reviews, most people say the cottage is very private. Definitely might need more privacy to successfully ignore the house rules! 😬

Jennifer was very welcoming and available, and the space itself suited my needs perfectly. I loved the fireplace and the skylights in the living room! There was a full moon while I was there so it was magical.

A Very Nice and Cozy Cottage

This cottage is simply Clean, Comfortable, Quite, Cozy, an easy drive to anywhere in the Eugene area and most importantly, a great place to relax and enjoy a drink of your choice seating outside and enjoying the hummingbirds in a relaxing atmosphere.

Beautiful cottage!!

We have rented several homes over the years that our daughter was at UO and this was by far our favorite! Great for a couple. Beautiful peaceful cottage in an alley with a great garden, comfortable bed and everything we needed!

Best stay ever

What a lovely stay! This sunny little cottage is spacious, clean, and so comfortable! Jennifer is an excellent host. Complete kitchen and cozy living room; restful bedroom and garden surroundings . Easy parking right outside the front door. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
