The property offers four bedrooms, with sleeping arrangements including bunk beds, single beds, a double bed, and a sofa bed, along with a baby crib for younger guests. The kitchen is spacious and open, ideal for preparing meals together, while the house is heated by efficient district heating, providing a cost-effective and comfortable atmosphere. There is one bathroom with a toilet, an additional separate toilet, and a lovely utility room for extra convenience. The house is smoke-free, and youth groups are not allowed. Remember to book linen packages in advance to avoid extra administration fees. With its generous space, great amenities, and lovely garden, this holiday home offers a perfect base for exploring Løkken. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
