The house's strong points are the spectacular veranda, overlooking the crystalline waters of the Gulf of Orosei, and a large garden, well-kept and furnished with deckchairs, chairs and a barbecue for fantastic barbecues. From the garden gate you can directly access the cliff, and in a few steps you arrive at beaches with very fine sand, shallow and crystalline waters.
The nearest restaurant is 500 meters away, while all the main services, such as supermarkets, butchers, pharmacies, bars and restaurants of all kinds, are just over 1 km away.
In a few minutes by car you can reach some of the best beaches on the island, including the natural oasis of Bidderosa (4 km).
The town of Orosei is about 7 km away; ferries and dinghies leave daily from its marina to visit the wonderful Gulf of Orosei, an authentic paradise.
