A beautiful place

Our three week stay with two children aged 2 and 5 in August and September was very comfortable and enjoyable. In my opinion, the most important addition to the description is that there is a second rented house immediately adjacent on the same property. The pictures show it partially and, for example, also show the terrace belonging to that house. Contact cannot be avoided, but we did not find this unpleasant.

We loved Sardinia and would highly recommend it. Whilst we enjoyed our stay in the cottage there are some things which require improvement namely, the showers which are pretty bad. Either boiling or cold water pours out, there's no detachable shower head or anything. The bed we slept in wasn't particularly comfortable but could much be improved if better pillows were supplied rather than the ones we had which were very flat with little give. The kitchen only had a broken can opener and a very old fashion cork screw. I bought a new can opener but I really think a proper cork screw should be supplied. Little things like this can make a lot of difference. With some attention to these details, one could fully recommend it. Also it would be good to have a house book - with practical details, info about local markets etc.

We are owners of the house COSIMA for two years and it is the first time when we receive one such note of appreciation so severe ! We attempt to return it authentic, comfortable and welcoming place and beautiful and very scrupulous naps on every detail. Nevertheless we are going to replace from then on the new pillows which have already lost of their swelling, and to raise the bed so that he is comfortable for all the generations. As regards showers, this system does not satisfy us, and are going to inform us to modify him it. The kitchen is always equipped well, but it is possible that a tenant have misled the corkscrew, and that Nathalie does not notice it, we have it of numerous as a replacement in the cellar ! Worried of making your stay of the most pleasant, we shall improve every year this little piece of heaven !

Etwas abseits gelegenes kleines aber feines Ferienhaus

Tolles Steinhaus. Gute Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten in und um das Haus herum. Ausstattung gut bis sehr gut. Sehr ruhige Lage durch die Abgeschiedenheit. Was aus der Beschreibung nicht hervorgeht ist, dass es auf dem gleichen Grundstück noch ein zweites Ferienhaus gibt. Mal teilt sich somit ein Teil des Grundstücks mit weiteren Urlaubern. Es hat uns nicht gestört, wollten es aber erwähnt haben. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen. Angenehmer und schneller Austausch mit Vermieterin und Verwalterin. Danke an Francoise für den erholsamen Urlaub in Eurem Haus.

Im Land der Hirten

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und ursprünglich gebaut. Wunderbar in und an die Natur eingepasst. Alles im Haus ist mit natürlichen Materialien gebaut. Einschließlich der angefertigten Ventilatoren. Gleichzeitig waren alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine sowie ein toller Herd und Ofen vorhanden. Nicht zu vergessen das tolle Geschirr und die guten Espressokannen. Die Bäder waren ebenfalls geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Und alles war sehr sauber. Das gesamte Terrain mit Garten und Hängematten und all den Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten war ebenfalls toll! Die gesamte Lage und Aussicht auf die Hügel konnte man jeden Tag neu genießen. Im Umfeld konnte man die Schafe und Pferde, Esel hören und Vögel beobachten. Auch die nah erreichbaren Strände und Naturschutzgebiete waren ein Erlebnis. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes und gelungenes Objekt in einer besonders schönen Lage. So fanden wir es jedenfalls. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Lucia und Claudio waren sehr hilfsbereit und beim kleinsten Problem sofort zur Stelle. Wer die Natur mag und auf Komfort nicht verzichten möchte ist hier richtig!

Havre de paix !

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette propriété au calme...avec un jardin où il était bon de flâner, jouer...loin de la foule mais tout près de tous ce dont nous avions besoin. Super contact avec les propriétaires et très bon accueil par Gigi ou Lucia...Belle surprise à notre arrivée avec un cadeau d'accueil dans le frigo..un régal. Merci..

Un séjour enchanteur

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait et au delà de nos espérances. La maison et l’environnement sont magnifiques. Le jardin a l’ombre des pins au milieu du maquis avec comme seuls bruits les clochettes des brebis en font un lieu particulièrement reposant et charmant Isolé et à la fois très proche des commerces et des plages, l’endroit est très bien situé pour explorer le golfe d’orosei. L’autre maison à louer est très proche mais chaque famille a son coin préservé pour être tranquille dans son jardin et sa terrasse La décoration est de très bon goût et les équipements de qualité, l’accueil des hôtes très sympathique. De plus même sans climatisation la maison est rafraîchie Bref, rien a redire, que des compliments a faire et une envie de revenir! Merci pour ce bon temps!

Urlaub im kleinen Paradies

Wunderschön gelegenes Haus in den Hügeln hinter Sos Alinos, zum Strand ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Alles ist sehr liebevoll und von den Eigentümern über Jahre teils in Eigenarbeit eingerichtet worden. Sehr grosser Garten mit Hängematten, Liegen, Terrassen, Aussendusche. Grosses Gelände mit Kletterfelsen, Draussenküche, vielen Bäumen und Schatten. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit den Eigentümern, das einzige Problem das wir hatten (Gaskanister für Herd war leer) wurde in Lichtgeschwindigkeit gelöst. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, vor allem für Familien mit Kindern.

Soggiorno ad Orosei

La proprieta, dove abbiamo soggiornato in 6 persone si trova in una posizione isolata e silenziosa lontano dalla strada principale, per raggiungerla occorre fare un pò di strada bianca abbastanza buona. La casa è ben arredata e dotata di molti confort, la lavatrice è posizionata esternamente non c'è l' aria condizionata, ma ci sono i ventilatori. Sono presenti 2 camere spartane per 4 persone e un ampio salone di passaggio dove possono alloggiare altre persone. Il giardino esterno è ampio e dotato di lettini e amache, molto utile è il tavolo estreno per mangire. Molto disponibile il proprietario.

Relax e tranquillità in una struttura incantevole

Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni in questa tipica costruzione sarda , finemente ristrutturata e arredata con gusto e funzionalità . Grande guardino esterno , case immerse nella natura in posizione strategica per visitare le bellezze della costa sarda. I proprietari che abbiamo incrociato per qualche giorno sono gentili , disponibili e estremamente discreti. Molto gradito il cesto di benvenuto con prodotti locali , e la cortesia della signora Lucia punto di riferimento in caso di necessità. Insomma...struttura assolutamente consigliata! Speriamo di poter presto tornare.

Wonderful time

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The house is really beautiful and nicely decorated with local antiques. The neighbours, who take care of the whole estate, were absolutely nice and we found them also very courageous when they saved a fox that got trapped in one of the garden's fig trees on our first morning! :-) We hope to return one day soon to Orosei!

A little hidden gem

The house is on top of a hill with a great view. The outside area is perfect with hammocks and plenty of relaxing areas. Inside the decor was nice. At night the rooms get hot but with the fans make sleeping okay. We enjoyed a few BBQs and were very happy at the house. There are bikes to ride into the little town nearby and towards the plentiful beaches... everything you need to have a great time and fall in Love with Sardinië is there... Thank you very much for the typical Sardinian treats upon our arrival and for having us. Hope to come back soon! ☺️

Un bout de Sardaigne d’abord, mais ensuite le petit paradis de la famille Cozzi où nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis. Un environnement exceptionnel tout proche de magnifiques plages.
