The house (accessible via a bumpy dirt road) is beautifully furnished and well equipped. There are two terraces with shaded dining areas. In August it was of course very hot, but with the ceiling fans in the rooms and a pedestal fan it was bearable. There are also mosquito nets on the windows, so you can sleep with the windows open at night. The caretaker Lucia was very friendly and helpful and provided us with fresh tomatoes and eggs. There is a second larger vacation home on the same grounds, but as the other guests were very friendly, we didn't mind the proximity.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser besonderen Unterkunft auf Sardinien verbracht. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig und großzügig mit viel Platz und einem weitläufigen, sehr schön angelegten Gelände. Trotzdem ist man in nur 5 Minuten beim Supermarkt und in 7 Minuten am Strand – also perfekt für alle, die Ruhe suchen, aber dennoch nicht abgelegen wohnen möchten.Die Unterkunft selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und durchdacht ausgestattet. Alles war funktional und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt – wenn man überhaupt etwas kritisieren möchte – ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. Allerdings gibt es mehrere Ventilatoren im Haus, die für angenehme Temperaturen gesorgt haben.Ein großes Lob auch an die Verwalter Lucia und Gigi, die jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Auch der Besitzer stand uns bei Fragen immer sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite – der Kontakt war schnell, herzlich und unkompliziert.Fazit: Diese Unterkunft ist keine 08/15-Ferienwohnung, sondern ein echtes Juwel – individuell, charmant und einfach perfekt für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine Oase in Sardinien

Die beiden Schäferhütten sind liebevoll ausgebaut und liegen abseits jedes Trubel in einem grossen Gartengelände. Es gibt immer wieder etwas zu entdecken im Haus und im Garten.Nach Sos Alinos mit seinen herrlichen Sandstränden sind es wenige Minuten Autofahrt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Un posto magico

È la seconda volta che andiamo in questo posto meraviglioso! C’è tutto quello che serve per passare una vacanza perfetta…….le spiagge sono meravigliose! Ci sono anche tante altre cose da fare tra cui la visita alle grotte, scoprire il Monte Albo, gita col gommone alla scoperta delle cale del golfo di Orosei, oppure godersi semplicemente la pace della meravigliosa proprietà con il giardino!! I nostri figli di 9 e 12 anni non hanno passato neanche un minuto di noia. Torneremo sicuramente una terza, quarta, quinta volta! Un grande grazie a Lucia e Gigi che sono sempre disponibili

Le case non hanno infatti perso il loro fascino ma è importante che tutti possano vivere all'esterno secondo le stagioni, per immergersi nella natura, i bambini sviluppano la loro creatività e gli adulti si godono il relax....... Ad ogni visita, ci sforziamo costantemente di rendere questo posto unico, di andare oltre le norme pur mantenendo l'identità del luogo ......... schöne Oase

wir sind 2 Wochen in dem alten Schäferhaus gewesen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Haus und die Terrasse waren wunderschön, geschmackvoll gestaltet und ruhig. Auch die anderen Mieter des 2. Hauses waren sehr nett. Die Nachbarn sind sehr hilfreich, wenn Fragen oder Probleme auftreten. Wir würden wieder dorthin gehen!

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt bei Françoise und Gilles war wunderbar erholsam - Lage, Ausstattung und der liebevoll gestaltete Garten boten alles, was wir uns für Ferien abseits der Massentouri-Infrastruktur gewünscht haben. Alle schönen Ziele der Umgebung sind schnell zu erreichen und die beiden Gastgeber, die zufällig zeitgleich da waren, geben wertvolle Tipps und Ideen für weitere Ausflüge und Unternehmungen und sind auch sonst in allen Fragen eine Unterstützung. Wir haben unsere zwei Wochen im Haus Anania sehr genossen - vielen Dank!

Da consigliare vivamente!!

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane splendide nella casa Anania! La proprietà e la casa sono curati nei minimi dettagli. Ci capotava volentieri di rimanere semplicemente a casa per goderci il relax. I nostri bambini di 8 e 11 anni hanno apprezzato tantissimo la collina di rocce che sta all’interno del giardino per far scatenare le loro fantasie di avventura! Le case sono vicinissime a delle spiagge bellissime con acqua cristallina da sogno e facilmente raggiungibile in macchina. Ringraziamo Lucia e Gigi per l’accoglienza e tante chiacchiere in amicizia. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Charming place offering a really beautiful setting for relaxing and escaping crowds.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is ideal, as Berchida, (probably the best beach on the east of the island) is a mere 20 minute drive away. The property is ideal for relaxing with a book on a hammock, sunbathing on the lounge chairs, or for watching the stars at nighttime after you've availed yourself of the outdoor grill. The flora are marvellous and the feel of the garden/common area is really unmatched. The decor of the home is traditional and tasteful and we found it to be harmonious with the rest of the grounds of property. We did feel certain small additions would have made things easier for our use of the kitchen and the bathroom - perhaps more hand towels (I think there was just the one tea towel), and kitchen-roll, but these are minor things. The fans were put to good use as the nights were so oppressively hot, but we did visit in August, so it's to be expected. I think one major change I would hope for might be to replace the mosquito nets in the windows - quite a lot of them seemed to find their way in at night. I would certainly advise anyone who wants a charming, traditional, quiet base on the east of Sardinia to visit here.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten

Wir haben das Haus Anania gemietet und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der Garten ist ein Traum und wir haben viel Zeit dort verbracht- unter anderem in den Hängematten. Die Kinder haben viel Platz zum Spielen gehabt. Einzigartig war die Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter und des Verwalter Ehepaares. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Lucia und ihren Mann.

Sehr schönes Häuschen und Garten

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht, Haus und Garten sind sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und laden zum Entspannen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Strände sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Im Ferienhaus ist Rauchen erlaubt, das merkt man etwas. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
