About this property

Beautiful condo w/ private courtyards; only 5 min. walk to beach & Coligny Plaza

Our condominium is located within Hilton Head Beach Club at 11 Tanglewood Drive, Unit #38. Our newly decorated/updated condominium sleeps eight people, three bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room, and two private courtyards. The first floor bathroom was remodeled in November 2020 and features a ceramic tile shower stall with both a regular and rainfall shower head. Our condominium is located in an area that is very attractive for senior citizens, young couples, and families alike. The condominium is only a short five-minute walk to the beautiful beach of Hilton Head Island as well as a short five-minute walk to Coligny Plaza where you can enjoy many fine dining options, a wide variety of shops, and live entertainment, and if ice cream is your weakness, there are two great places to satisfy your cravings. The newly opened Celebration Park is located within a three minute walk from our condominium where children and adults alike can enjoy numerous activities. And at the end of the day, you can also enjoy a quiet private evening in our spacious rear courtyard grilling one of your many favorite meals. After spending the day at the beach, you can lounge around the swimming pool which is located only 50 feet from the rear courtyard gate. For your convenience, a grocery is located in Coligny Plaza (about a 5 minute walk) and a liquor store is located in Circle Center Shopping Center, only a three minute walk from our condominium. Come visit us on your next vacation on Hilton Head Island; you will not be disappointed with the accommodations and location.

Wonderful place for a small group

We had 3 adults and a toddler. It was the perfect size and location. An easy walk to the beach, pool and children's museum/playground. Great patio for morning coffee and late night card games!

Why they chose this property

We had been looking for a condominium for nearly two years and learned from our son about this one just coming on the market while we were traveling to Hilton Head at the end of July 2017 to see another condominium. We fell in love with the condominium because of its closeness to the beach and Coligny Plaza, ground level entry, two large walled private courtyards (front and rear), first floor bedroom with a walkout to the rear courtyard, only one flight of stairs (unlike many other condominiums), and close proximity to a grocery store, restaurants, and other retail outlets.

What makes this property unique

We view our condominium as our second home and therefore will continue to make improvements for our families' benefit and comfort as well as that of our quests. We are committed to doing our very best to make your stay a memorable experience. For anyone who has viewed this property in the past, you will find new photographs posted periodically showing our commitment to continually improving the property. We continue to make both incremental and large improvements to our condominium each year to enhance the quality of our guests' visits. We also endeavor to keep our nightly rates as reasonable possible, unlike many other owners, so that families are afforded the opportunity to enjoy all the beauties and wonders of Hilton Head Island.
