Ness Heights is a 3-bedroom townhouse located in the heart of Inverness City Centre. On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable living room, with reclining sofas & a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. A shower room is also accessed through the kitchen. To the rear there is a small fully enclosed patio/garden.

The mid-level features a massive master bedroom with a super king-size bed & smart TV, as well as a second double bedroom.

On the top floor, there’s a third double bedroom and a full shower room, where you can enjoy a stunning view of the city.

Outside, a small courtyard garden provides a peaceful spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Inside, you’ll find comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and plenty of storage for your belongings. We’ve also included games and toys to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Fabulous location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ness Heights in Inverness. The check in process was easy and the property was so quaint. The bed was fabulous. We love the nice crisp sheets and a true king size bed. The kitchen was well appointed and even included Nespresso pods. We recommend staying at Ness Heights.

Perfect for Trip to Inverness

My family had a wonderful time staying at Ness Heights! The location is perfect - within short walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the downtown area. The house was clean and great size for the 5 of us. Be mindful that is it 3 stories with one of the bathrooms on the 3rd floor. Jill was very helpful with all of our questions. We would stay again!
