GROUND FLOOR  Step through the back door into the; Entrance Porch, offering coat hooks, boot storage, a small table, and vinyl flooring. From here, two steps lead up to the: Bathroom: Equipped with a W.C, basin, bath, Mira wall-mounted electric shower, shower curtain, heated towel rail, and wall-mounted dimpled heater. Vinyl flooring ensures practicality, while the extractor fan and basin light add convenience. A part-glazed door opens to the; Hall which includes Hall table and chairs, Grandfather clock, Radiator Vinyl flooring Dining Room offers a peaceful atmosphere, featuring: A wooden dining table with six leather chairs, Sideboard, Two double-glazed windows and Carpeted flooring. Kitchen well-equipped includes,  A central island and fitted units, Electric oven with a separate grill and four-ring hob, Microwave, toaster, and kettle, Single sink with draining board, Dishwasher and fridge/freezer, Welsh dresser and Double-glazed windows overlooking the garden. From the kitchen, a narrow door leads to the: Rear Hall, which features coat hooks, a radiator, an under-stairs cupboard and carpeted flooring. Stairs from here lead to the first floor. Relax in the Morning Room, with its: Double-glazed bay window overlooking the garden and sea views, Drop-leaf table and three chairs, Writing desk and two two-seater sofas, Bookcases filled with a variety of reading materials. This space is carpeted for added comfort. The Sitting Room is a cozy retreat with: Double-glazed bay window offering beach views, Three-seater sofa, two tub chairs, and wall-mounted TV, Coffee table and occasional table and Chest of drawers and two radiators Finally, step down into the Conservatory, where you can enjoy stunning garden and beach views. A door provides direct access to the garden. FIRST FLOOR A carpeted staircase with 15 steps leads to the Landing, where a chair is positioned by a window with beautiful beach and coastal views. Bedroom 1 (Front): Bay window overlooking the beach and coast, two single 3ft beds, French Renaissance dressing table, wardrobe, radiator, and carpeted flooring. Bedroom 2 (Front): Similar to Bedroom 1, with two single 3ft beds, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, radiator, and carpet. Bedroom 3 (Back): Double-glazed window overlooking the garden, king-size sleigh bed, French Renaissance chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables, radiator, and carpeted flooring. Bathroom: Includes a bath with a Mira wall-mounted electric shower, basin, heated towel rail, radiator, double-glazed window, and carpeted flooring. Separate W.C.: Features a W.C., radiator, carpeted floor, and double-glazed frosted window. Bedroom 4 (Back): Single 3ft bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, radiator, carpeted floor, and double-glazed window with views of the garden and rooftops. OUTDOOR RELAXATION The garden surrounds the property on two sides, offering direct sea views over the coast and beach. Features include: A concrete path connecting to both entrance gates A small patio with a built-in BBQ An outside laundry room with a washing machine and dryer Access is via two gates: The first leads to a sloped concrete path with a step into the porch. The second features three steps leading to a path for conservatory access. PARKING As the property was built before parking was a consideration, parking is available at the Village pay & display car park a short five-minute walk away at the top of the village, ensuring peace and quiet for your stay.
