Three bedroom apartment in a local condo building just on top of Stresa one of the major tourist destinations on the Lago Maggiore. Spacious apartment with comfortable furnishing and fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with queen size bed while the third one can either accommodate up to three people or converted to a double bed. free parking, Away from the busy town, the Center of town can be reached by foot in 15 minutes. Great starting point to visit the lake or the mountains or nearby Milan.

The villa was lovely and the view was amazing. I would recommend a car as the distance from town is short, but up a very steep hill.

This apartment is definitely on top of a hill, and I highly recommend getting a car, as the hills are steep, roads are narrow and there are no sidewalks. Be prepared to go up/diwn 4 flights of stairs, cumbersome with luggage, no elevator. Once you settle in you will feel the tranquility, sitting on the deck at dusk you’ll here the animals. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Also there is no A/C but there are fans for every room. Susan, the host was fantastic, and quickly responded to our questions, she’s definitely at 10. Lake Maggoire makes for a great get away.

Das Haus liegt perfekt auf halber Höhe mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See in einer ruhigen Gegend. Man hört sogar einen Bach und hat vor sich nur Natur. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, verfügt über zwei Bäder, bequeme Betten, ein richtig gemütliches Wohnzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und mit der Haushälterin vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und zügig. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause fahren :)Empfehlenswert ist auch der etwas längere Spazierweg nach Stresa entlang des Parks.Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles!
